With the arrival here in the apartment your holiday can begin, the car can be left free on the carport for the entire holiday period. The apartment itself has a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, modern shower room and a master bedroom, which has enough room for a travel cot is (yet). In the evening you can end the day on the balcony. If more people join, you can repurpose the sofa bed in the living room as a bed, bedding for this is in the apartment. Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt nah am Strand. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war schnell, sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung sowie die Lage waren sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben an für sich nichts auszusetzen. Es war alles in Ordnung und alle Elektrogeräte waren vorhanden. Es war nichts defekt. Die Sitzauflagen für die Stühle auf dem Balkon haben uns nicht gefallen, waren zu klein. Das Bett macht Geräusche.

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren das erste Mal in Norddeich in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Bilder zeigten etwas anderes, der Wohnbereich scheint neu gemacht worden zu sein! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war top! Wir hätten nur zwei kleine Anmerkungen / Verbesserungsvorschläge: - im Schlafzimmer müsste das eine Lattenrost kontrolliert werden und vielleicht mal neue Matratzen angeschafft werden (sehr weich) - im Badezimmer fehlen Hacken für Lappen/Handtücher oder noch eine Ablage für die Kosmetik. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Besten Dank!

Empfehlenswert, aber

Der Gesamteindruck des Objekts kann man mit 3 Sterne beurteilen. Die Nähe zum Strand optimal. Jedoch gibt es auch negative Punkte. Zur Erstausstattung sollten Beutel für die Mülltrennung zur Verfügung stehen. Feuchte/gebrauchte Putz-/Spüllappen sind zu entsorgen und nicht für die nächsten Gäste liegen gelassen werden. Auch sollte dringend etwas getan werden am Bett. Das Bett quitscht und knarrt bei jedem Umdrehen, sodass der Partner jedesmal wach wird.

1 Woche Urlaub in Norddeich.

Für 2 Personen war die Wohnung ausreichend. Ausstattung war ok. Leider kein W-Lan. Vorteil war die Nähe zum Strand. In 10 min Fußmarsch ist man im Zentrum. Rundherum alles ok.

Sehr sauber und in der Küche alles vorhanden, einschl. Spülmaschine. Lediglich im Bad sollten vielleicht noch ein paar Haken oder Stangen für die Handtücher angebracht werden. Auch ein neuer Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon wäre gut. Alles in allem aber eine nette Wohnung. Kommen gern wieder, vor allem sind es nur ein paar Meter über den Deich zum Strand

Die Buchung ging schnell und unkompliziert. Vor Anreise ausführliche Infos. Wohnung genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden. Gute Lage, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (auch ohne Auto) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung f. 2 Personen mit toller Lage direkt am Deich

Die Nähe zum Deich ist wirklich toll. Der Küche-/Wohnbereich ist schön u. zweckmässig eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon kann man auch gut sitzen. Nur das Bad ist sehr klein u. hat leider kein Fenster. Das Bett war für mich (184 cm) zu klein durch das Fußteil. Das Schlafzimmer könnte man neu einrichten. Ist alles in die Jahre gekommen (Matratzen knarren u. sind durchgelegen). Leider hatte ein "technisch begabter" Vormieter das Radio- Audioteil im Wohnzimmer unbrauchbar gemacht. Fazit: Für 1 Woche ist die Wohnung auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen. Länger würde ich wg. dem Bett aber nicht bleiben wollen.
