Die Wohnung ist zu dunkel und zu kalt. Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein. Windgeräusche waren extrem laut in der Wohnung.

Feedback zum Urlaub
Die Unterkunft war genau so wie beschrieben. Vor Ort war eine Ansprechperson und die Vermieterin war gut erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleineres Thema, was umgehend von der Vermieterin gelöst wurde. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr zentral und im Hinterhof konnten wir unsere Fahrräder abstellen. Auch an die vielen Stufen, bis hoch zur Wohnung gewöhnt man sich 😎. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem liebevoll arrangierten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Vielen Dank 😊🤗

Grundsätzlich schön, aber...
Leider war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin nicht möglich, es wurden keine Checkininformationen übermittelt, die Schlüsselübergabe hat nur aufgrund der Nachbarin funktioniert, sonst wären wir gar nicht in die Wohnung gekommen. Die Wohnung hat leider auch keinen Besen oder Staubsauger, was den Aufenthalt am Meer doch sehr erschwert.

FEWO in top Lage
Die FEWO liegt sehr zentral also alles mit kurzen Wegen erreichbar, ideal für 4 Personen. Ein Nachteil ist das kleine Bad und das Doppelzimmer zur Einkaufsstraße ist relativ Laut.

Schöne Wohnung im IKEA-Style
Schöne Wohnung für 4 Personen mit guter Aufteilung. Leider im fast 4.Stock ohne Aufzug und mitten im Innenstadtlärm, was nachts ein Problem ist. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist eher spärlich gehalten, was Geschirr und Zubehör angeht, Küche selbst ist klein aber fein. Und man hat leider in zwei Wochen keinen Zugriff auf Putzutensilien oder Staubsauger.

Tolle Wohnung mit zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung Nr. 6 liegt im Obergeschoss und ist für eine vierköpfige Familie völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man hat nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist modern und gepflegt.

Nette Unterkunft...
Haushälterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Dusche war (vielleicht auch alter und nicht mehr frisch) bisschen Schimmel von der Feuchtigkeit an der Decke. Leider keinen Besen etc in der Wohnung und keinerlei Handtuchhalterungen bei der Dusche und im Klo. Auch kein Klopapierhalter, obwohl Platz dafür wäre. Und wen das gegröle der Touristen und der Nacht nicht stört, kann sich über kurze Einkaufswege usw. freuen. Und die Aussicht auf die Fußgängerzone und über die Dächer auf das Meer ist interessant. Küche war sehr sauber. Guter Wasserkocher etc. Wer Kaffe aus Kapseln nicht mag, sollte ein Handfilter etc mitnehmen. Im großen und ganzen eine nette Unterkunft😊

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Waren mit drei Paaren dort. War zwar etwas eng aber wenn man sich gut versteht klappt es. Sehr sauber und sehr nette und hilfsbereite verwalterin. Haben dort eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht
