Holiday Home 'Loft32' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

This thatched property in a secluded location directly on the dike is just a few meters' walk from the North Sea and impresses with its charming, rustic Frisian style combined with modern interior design. This unique oasis of well-being offers a total of 90 m² of living space on two levels. On the approximately 1000 m² plot with a beautiful garden and unobstructed field views, a beach chair and loungers invite you to relax. Absolute peace and pure nature are guaranteed.



After entering through the typical Frisian 'Klönschnacktür', you are greeted by the open living and dining area with gray concrete floor, modern kitchenette, fireplace, comfortable sofa bed and a large smart TV (including streaming services). Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, terrazzo floor, large mirror and washer-dryer.



A centrally located staircase leads to the fully developed attic with open gallery and two cozy bedrooms with large double beds (180x200 cm).



The terrace and garden area invite you to linger: thanks to the southern exposure, you can enjoy the sun there until sunset. A beach chair with sunset view, sun loungers, and a high-quality gas grill complete the perfect vacation day.



House rules:

- No parties

- Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a fee

- The garden is fully enclosed (fence + moat), but very small dogs may be able to slip under the fence

- The house has a steep staircase without a barrier and is therefore only partially suitable for small children or people with mobility impairments

- Garden furniture is only available from early April to early October

- Garden maintenance work must be tolerated

- Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee

- E-Bike payment 20,00 € per day

- Pet allowed payment 130,00 € per pet

Das beste Nordsee-Häuschen, das man sich wünschen kann!

Alles aufzuzählen, was dieses wunderschöne Loft so besonders und einzigartig macht, ist unmöglich und sprengt den Rahmen. Es ist perfekt. So liebevoll, individuell, absolut hochwertig, detailverliebt und insgesamt sehr geschmackvoll sucht diese Unterkunft ihresgleichen. Es sind nicht nur die großen Dinge wie der wunderschöne Garten, die stilvolle Architektur oder die ausgeklügelte Technik, auf die hier Wert gelegt wurde, sondern eben auch die vermeintlich kleinen Dinge wie feinste Seifen, beste Küchengeräte oder herrlichste Bettwäsche machen jede Minute des Aufenthalts zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. So fühlt man sich in jedem Augenblick als willkommener, geschätzter und umsorgter Gast, was nicht zuletzt auch an dem außerordentlich netten Kontakt zum Vermieter liegt. Das Loft32 ist in jeder Hinsicht herausragend, auch wenn es sich in dieser einzigartigen Landschaft fast bescheiden neben den Deich duckt. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier wunderbar entspannte Tage mit Sonne, Wind, Meer, Sturm und Kamin verbringen durften.

Modernes Loft in toller Lage

Das Haus ist super schön, gemütlich, modern und mit dem gewissen etwas eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir mit unserem Vierbeiner hier Urlaub gemacht haben, konnten wir besonders den schönen Garten mit dem tollen Ausblick auf die Felder genießen. Man hat einfach seine Ruhe und trifft auf wenige Menschen mit Hunden, was uns besonders wichtig war. In nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den Deich und kann endlos lang am Wasser spazieren gehen. Auch einen Supermarkt und Bäcker erreicht man gut zu Fuß. Es war rundum ein entspannter und gelungener Urlaub :)

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub auf Nordstrand verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Es ist alles vorhanden. Man hat vom Haus einen schönen Blick über die Felder und ist mitten in der Natur. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Wer Ruhe und die Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Deich und das Meer ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für Hundebesitzer gibt es auch 2 Hundestrände (ca. 6-8 Km entfernt) in der Nähe. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
