Holiday Home 'Loft32' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

This thatched property in a secluded location directly on the dike is just a few meters' walk from the North Sea and impresses with its charming, rustic Frisian style combined with modern interior design. This unique oasis of well-being offers a total of 90 m² of living space on two levels. On the approximately 1000 m² plot with a beautiful garden and unobstructed field views, a beach chair and loungers invite you to relax. Absolute peace and pure nature are guaranteed.



After entering through the typical Frisian 'Klönschnacktür', you are greeted by the open living and dining area with gray concrete floor, modern kitchenette, fireplace, comfortable sofa bed and a large smart TV (including streaming services). Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, terrazzo floor, large mirror and washer-dryer.



A centrally located staircase leads to the fully developed attic with open gallery and two cozy bedrooms with large double beds (180x200 cm).



The terrace and garden area invite you to linger: thanks to the southern exposure, you can enjoy the sun there until sunset. A beach chair with sunset view, sun loungers, and a high-quality gas grill complete the perfect vacation day.



House rules:

- No parties

- Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a fee

- The garden is fully enclosed (fence + moat), but very small dogs may be able to slip under the fence

- The house has a steep staircase without a barrier and is therefore only partially suitable for small children or people with mobility impairments

- Garden furniture is only available from early April to early October

- Garden maintenance work must be tolerated

- Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee

- E-Bike payment 20,00 € per day

- Pet allowed payment 130,00 € per pet

- Energy payment 70,00 € per stay
