The approx. 80 sqm holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Schmachtenhagen in a residential house on the owner's completely fenced residential property of approx. 4,400 sqm. The apartment has a separate entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with a living room with sofa bed, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio, CD and DVD player, laminate flooring and a tiled stove. A guest bed can be set up in the living room as an extra bed (for the 4th person). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a fireplace. The holiday apartment's separate kitchen has an electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, seating area and an oven, which can be used for heating and cooking. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and electric heating. There is no central heating in the apartment. Heating options include the stoves in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Firewood is included in the price. The following are available for use: High chair, cot (on request), WLAN, seating area in the garden with barbecue, 2 sun loungers, car park, bicycle storage room and 2 bicycles (3 EUR/day and bike, on site).Included in the total price: final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the price. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. To be paid on site: Laundry package fee (if applicable).



Schmachtenhagen is a village in the municipality of Nordwestuckermark in Brandenburg. Schmachtenhagen is located between the two towns of Prenzlau and Templin. The village is surrounded by forests and lakes and is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding. The nearest bathing lake is the Große Rathssee, just 200 metres away. About 3 kilometres away, there is a fishery with boat hire at Sternhagener See. The Berlin-Usedom long-distance cycle path runs through the region (about 3 kilometres away). The former state garden show town of Prenzlau is only about 5 kilometres away. It offers many historical monuments such as chapels and churches, the town wall and the Wiekhäuser or the Dominican monastery, which is both a museum and an event centre. Prenzlau is also home to numerous shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés. The promenade of Unteruckersee, which is located directly in the town, invites you to take a stroll. Boat hire and passenger boats are available on site.
