Large open common areas on the main floor with a fully finished, full height basement that boasts a large theater room and a ping pong table. Large back and front yard. Patio with covered pergola, propane gas bbq and propane gas firepit, with plenty of seating. Outdoor dining table with umbrella and lounge chairs to relax in the sun. The front yard has a quaint front porch with seating to enjoy the birds over a cup of coffee in our very quiet neighborhood . Skate park is just around the corner, which also has horse shoe pits, beach volleyball, and a very large covered pergola. The elementary school has basketball nets, jungle gym and swings for your young ones. A short 5 minute walk to all amenities such as the downtown area with all sorts of shops, groceries and pharmacy. The marina is also a very short walk to watch the Blue Herons, Sandhill Cranes, Geese and wildlife, or grab your fishing pole and fish off of the boardwalk.
Enjoy a quick 8 minute drive to Long Point beach with your choice of the free public beach or pay to enter Long Point Provincial Park Beach. Port Royal is 5 minutes away for launching your kayak or paddle boards.
For the rainy days, stay inside and enjoy the large theater room and watch all your favourite shows and movies, play board games, ping pong or just turn on the fireplace and relax, read a book or spend time with the family. There are many amenities available from renting charter boat cruises (local), winery tours, zip lining, jet ski rentals (Turkey Point 20 minutes away) and so much more! So many trail walks to go on that we can't keep track of them all. Bring your family and enjoy your vacation in our neck of the woods. Pets must be authorized first with an added pet fee.
