Come enjoy this Historic home that has been modernized with all the needed

comforts of home! We are pet friendly and feature 4 bedrooms, with one and a

half baths. We have a large fenced in front and back yard with an above ground

pool and a garage.



Our Swimming Pool is up and running for the Summer!



In our 4 Bedrooms, we have 4 Queen Beds and 2 Twin Beds. A fully stocked

kitchen is available for cooking your gourmet meals.



This fantastic, modern home is right across the street from the Chesapeake Bay

Beaches and steps away from the Ocean View Fishing Pier.



We feature 4 Bedrooms and 1 1/2 Bathrooms. We have 4 Qeen Beds and 2 Twins.

This Cottage can easily sleep 10 in the beds and more if you would like to

pile in with your own sleeping bags or air mattresses..



We are right off the interstate, have an above ground swimming pool and are

pet friendly! We have a wonderful front and backyard that are both fenced in

for both the children and the 4 legged friends!



This beautiful home was built in the early 1900's but has been modernized with

central heat/air, granite counter tops and hardwood floors. We have a garage,

parking pad and a long driveway that can easily handle 3 to 4 cars or more.



We have everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Our Beach Cottage is

situated just a 2 minute walk to the Chesapeake Bay Beaches. We are right

across the street from the Ocean View Fishing Pier. We are also very close to

I-64 as we are just off of the 4th View exit.



We are very close, walking distance in fact, from restaurants and some night

spots, as well as to the fishing pier



We are just steps away from the Ocean View Fishing Pier and the beautiful

Chesapeake Bay Beaches.



Please understand that we do our best to clean and maintain the swimming pool

so that it is always ready and available for you and your family to enjoy.

However, we do not charge extra for this amenity, and we do not provide an

absolute guarantee that the pool is perfect and ready for you to use. Again,

we will try our best, but please understand there is no refund provided in

relation to the condition of the pool or the water in the pool.



Luckily for us, the Chesapeake Bay is right across the street and is usually

ready and available for you.







Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
