A bit disappointing
A good sized double room which was clean and tidy. However it could best be described as a bit 'tired". There were stains on the carpet, and the top of the desk was held together with sellotape. In the bathroom there was a decent walk in shower, but the heated towel rail didn't work and the plug in the sink was detached and broken. Good quiet location only a five minute walk from the railway station. Didn't have the breakfast or use the attached Indian Restaurant so can't comment on these. Overall their description of the hotel as "Affordable Luxury" is not one I could agree with.

Thin walls could hear a pin drop from our neighbours and there was a lot of not working things like non working lamps by the bed. Also there was no shower soap in the bathroom and the shower was either hot or cold, hard to find a mix

Almost perfect
The hotel was lovely. We were given a lovely clean room (19). The staff were so friendly. The only down side was the mattress. My husband and I were left with incredibly painful backache. Other than the bad mattress, everything else was fantastic, the location, the cost, the staff, the cleanliness, the amenities all spot on

Revado Hotel not impressed
I got to the hotel and found out parking was an issue. You have to check your care every 2 hours to avoid a parking ticket. What I was disappointed most was the breakfast we paid for. Continental breakfast means toast, cereal, tea or coffee, and some jam or butter. I was expecting an English hot breakfast.
