The warm welcome we received by the front desk staff was wonderful--the staff was also very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the location which was in close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet and the regular road noise from the boulevard outside wasn't that noticeable. Convenient to restaurants and shopping and the interstate to get to the beach or back to Norfolk was right up the road.

room was clean however the phone did not work and the clock was not set to the proper time. the breakfast looked ample and appetizing but due to a time crunch we were not able to take advantage of it. the only thing that bothered me was the placement of the toilet paper, which was difficult to reach
