Good location and a helpful staff. Reception is not open 24/7 which can cause some difficulties if you need to get some documents printed at weird times. Breakfast options were a bit limited.

Fick byta rum p.g.a. ej tömd papperskorg pÄ toaletten och stor hÄrboll pÄ badrumsgolvet. Inget vidare engagemang frÄn personalen och lite allmÀnt "trött" attityd. FÄr höra att man inte kan öppna fönster i nÄgot av rummen?!! För att senare fÄ höra frÄn en kollega att "JodÄ, du fÄr lÄna ett handtag av mig hÀr"... Riktigt bra frukostbuffé och sjysst bar pÄ kvÀllstid, men hotellet Àr... SÄdÀr... Plus att man kan lÄna en el-sparkcykel!

k, but could have been great w simple adjustments.

Very nice hotel, but a few things could be addressed to better the experience. The windows could not be opened- and only due to how the curtains had been mounted. In 30 degree heat and no air conditioning in room, this brought the experience down to merely ok. In superior room, robes would have been nice (and perhaps expected). Other than that the room was nice and clean, and hotel breakfast good.

Loud hotel bar

Room was placed right next to the hotel bar which played music till 1:30am (it was a Wednesday night). As this is advertised as a business hotel I would not expect this. Have stayed here previously but would never stay again

Rough start...

First of all, the service-mindedness of the receptionist was 5 star. Unfortunately we had some issues with our room upon arrival. We were offered another room, but that had not been made ready at that time (no cleaning was done). Then when highlighted this she offered another -upgraded room, and compensated one of our nights! So even though the start was not the best she made us feel well-treated and hence the overall experience was good!

My husband and I were thrilled with what we found in this property — friendly staff, a lovely rooftop hot tub, modern onsite restaurant and amazing breakfast, and close walking distance to many things in Norrköping. The room is large by European hotel standards, and the shower offered the best water pressure I have ever found in a hotel.

Excellent food, just OK hotel.

When we first checked in and arrived in our room we realised that we had not been given the room I actually reserved via hotels.com. It was much lower standard (no windows and so on). That was however quickly fixed after a quick chat with the staff. According to the hotel the mix up was hotels.com's fault which might very well be true. The food in the restaurant is VERY good. The restaurant is much better than the actual hotel. I'd stay somewhere else but very likely go here for dinner. Especially considering that you get much higher room standard for the same price at other locations.

Vistelsen var bra men sÀngarna var ganska hÄrda. Relaxen var lite nedgÄngen med trasig duschÄllare etc. BÄde relax och rum kunde ha haft en högre finish pÄ ytskikt samt varit bÀttre rengjorda. Dushprodukterna med Black orchid tyckte vi inte luktade gott alls tyvÀrr.

Fick ett rum med "fönster" rakt in i restaurangen sÄ det blev mycket mÀrkligt nÀr man drog bort gardinen och tittade rakt pÄ en Àtande gÀst vid ett bord. Fanns ingen information alls om detta i bokningen. Brukar stÄ "fönsterlös" i informationen och det borde ha stÄtt pÄ detta ocksÄ eftersom det inte var ett brukbart fönster och man dessutom var tvungen att ha fördraget p g a middagsgÀster i en restaurang. MYCKET KNEPIGT! Sen var dÀr dammigt i TV-skÄpet, hÄl i toalettlocket och det gick inte att lÄsa dörren, nÄgot var i vÀgen, verkade vara nÄgot fel pÄ hela mekaniken.
