Located just 8 miles (15 minutes) from the Augusta National Golf Course, this attractive and convenient Masters rental has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bed sizes include 2 queens and 1 twin bed.
This spacious home is in a lovely, well established, wooded neighborhood. It is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, parks and shopping. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a formal living room, a den with a gas fireplace and a large sun room with plenty of entertainment space. The kitchen opens to a breakfast area. The home features lots of natural light, entertainment space and hard wood floors. The home features a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, featuring a queen size bed, and an additional bedroom featuring a queen size bed, as well as a third bedroom with twin bed, and also 2 full baths total, one shower only and one with tub.
The home features a large yard and patio for relaxing and entertaining. The yard is accessed from a large sun-room. The yard is perfect for outside entertaining, or just relaxing with a beverage under the stars. On those chilly nights, light up the outdoor fire pit and enjoy a hot toddy. Outdoor lounge chairs provide a perfect spot to enjoy a book and the lovely Augusta spring weather. There is a two car covered parking area and plenty of parking in the driveway and on street. The North Augusta Greeneway, a 7 mile, stunningly beautiful, paved woods walking/biking/running path is located just 1 block directly behind the homes back gate. The home is an easy Greeneway bike ride to the Savannah River, the Larder Bar and Cafe, Brinkley's Steak House, SRP Ball Park or Manuel’s French Café, all in Hammonds Ferry neighborhood. We are located 10 minutes from the Medical College of Georgia, the Dental College of Georgia, Augusta University and downtown Augusta, 2 minutes from the Peach Jam gymnasium and 15 minutes to the gorgeous and historic Augusta National.

What a great place!
We enjoyed The Masters and this great home. Well prepared and plenty of space for fun and relaxation. Close to Augusta National but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet after a day at the course! We’ll be back!!

Great home
This was a very clean home. Convenient to Augusta National. Great safe neighbourhood. Leslie was extremely good at getting back to me whenever I asked her a question. My family of two retired adults and two sons in their 40’s were very comfortable here. Would definitely recommend.

Great location if you're going to the Masters
This is a lovely home in a very nice neighborhood. Easy access to the Masters and enjoyable restaurants. We greatly enjoyed the quiet backyard after returning from golf or the tournament. Leslie was very helpful when we called her, if we needed help. I highly recommend this home if you are planning on visiting Augusta.

Super comfortable and very convenient
We enjoyed the space and convenience of this 2BR ranch while playing golf and attending The Masters practice rounds. Nice neighborhood and easy access to Augusta but away from the craziness.
I strongly recommend this property. Everything exactly as described and excellent communication.
