There is a park less than 1 minute walk away on Carruthers St. Grocery stores, shopping, ski hills, swimming are all located a short distance away. Be sure to visit the waterfront where you can enjoy swimming, walks, ice creams, more playgrounds and some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world! Lake Nipissing is absolutely beautiful!

Monthly Stay For School
I stayed for a month over a semester for school. Everything was clean, quiet, and easy to live within. Parking was accessible and everything was close by. Would highly recommend for someone needing to stay for a longer amount of time.
