The floor was dirty as well as the appliances were never wiped down after the last renter. The kitchen counter was dirty as well with food still on it. The TV in the bedroom didn't work and when I tried to reach out to someone for help there wasn't anyone to help.

Nice property in nice condition and nice staff. It looks just like the photos. Bring ear plugs because it’s next to the freeway.The hotel area seems safe enough, but if you go 3 miles south, not so good. We’d probably stay here again.

Check in was a disaster. Received an email from the property to check in thru the app. Downloaded the app and then tried to check in right at 3pm. Said room was not ready. Tried again for the next 3 hours and kept saying the same thing. We finally went to the property to see when we could check in and the manager said oh we don't do the app check in, your rooms been ready since 3. Could not have cared less we had been waiting 3 hours for our room and they were at cause for delay. Inside room: No mixing bowls, nothing to use to cook in oven, no sponge to wash dishes. Definitely not a full kitchen as described.

One of my tvs didn’t work and staff was not able to help. Front desk hours said 7am - 5pm. The front desk area remained locked until around 10am. When housekeeping was told that no one was at the front desk, they said that that occurs every day. I loved the room, but customer service was not that great (except housekeeping). Housekeeping was excellent!

This property was great for our visit with local family. The suite was spacious and featured the kitchen and sitting room in the front and the bedroom in the back with the bathroom dividing the two. Things we liked include clean bathroom, bedroom and kitchen area. The beds were comfortable. There was also easy access to the nearby interstate. We do have a few problems to mention. The kitchen is full-sized with a full fridge, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher, but there was a deficiency in the outfitting of the kitchen. There was only a handful of silverware, a few bowls and plates, a few cups, and a single pot and pan to do any cooking. Had we used the kitchen anymore than we did, we would have had to go buy dishwashing supplies in order to do so. Also, the building is built as an inverted motel, which means all hotel access doors faced an outdoor courtyard. A heavy storm blew through while we were there and water seeped into the living area under the door. This probably could have been prevented if there had been a rubber strip installed along the bottom of the door. Thankfully, none of our belongings were in the area. Also, the walkway to the elevator and stairs could get slick with standing water after a storm. Overall, this was a great place for us to spread out and enjoy a few days with our family. I imagine it would also be good for an extended period, as long as you are well equipped to meet the deficiencies in the kitchen.

The management was excellent, attentive, and available. The room was clean, but there were some things broken - bathroom door handle, window shades. The other patrons were respectable, but rough around the edges. Too much smoking/THC use in common areas.
