House was better than expected with plenty of space, very clean, and great decor. The outdoor privacy fence with your own outdoor space was great also. Although we visited in December, I can tell the garden space will look awesome in the spring and summer. Kitchen and bathrooms were stock with basically everything you would need. Would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to visit in North Little Rock.

This house was much better than expected! Beautiful, clean space with lots of room and very nice outdoor seating. We enjoyed staying here. The location was convenient for getting to and from all the local attractions and the event that brought us to town. Great house!

Wonderful place! A beautiful renovation! Great for family to have two family areas. The place was comfortable and impeccably decorated. The neighborhood is in transition but we felt very safe. Great parking area with a gate. Fenced in yard for our two Yorkies. We will be back when we visit our Little Rock family! We’ve been renting from vrbo for many years and this place is in our top five!

Excellent property

The property was easy to get to, it was close to everything we wanted to do, the house was beautiful, spacious,and had plenty of areas to be alone or together, and the host was very quick to respond. I would definitely choose this property again if I was in North Little Rock.

House was amazing... area, doable but less charming.

This property is understated in terms of comfort, amenities, layout, etc. It's easily one of the nicest places we've ever found on VRBO. Honestly, every detail is five star! Perfect for a group of people who want to 'hang out' in a GREAT house. Every detail wonderfully considered, everything homey, comfortable. Proprietor was MOST helpful, kind, and available. The area is a bit 'sketchy', but you can park in a gated yard which gave us some relief. Nearby train tracks were 'active' along with train whistles now and then (not a big deal for us.) So you wouldn't be out in this neighborhood, but with a place this nice, you wouldn't need to. Would easily be 5 stars if not for the area, but if that doesn't dissuade you, this is an AMAZING property.
