A delightful combination of warm and vibrant colors make this two bedroom, two bath golf villa in River Crossing perfect for any winter getaway or summer retreat. The spacious open floor plan allows for fun family gatherings or just spending quality time with friends. There is ample seating in the great room for watching your favorite DVD or television show. This villa even has additional sports channels so you'll never miss a game! Wi-Fi is also available so you can keep up with the office if need be. Right off the great room is the covered, screened and furnished lanai, surely to be one of your favorite places.

A gourmet kitchen will greet you just after passing the entrance foyer. The kitchen is complete with serving dishes, glassware and every small and large appliance needed. The large collection of cookware will make any meal easier to prepare. The lovely dining area is off the kitchen with seating for four.

After a long day at the beach or on the golf course, you will enjoy relaxing in the master suite complete with a TV viewing area and adjoining full bath. Your guests or family will love the pretty twin bedroom with their own television, full closet and plenty of clothing storage space. A guest bath is only steps away adding to their privacy. A laundry room is also conveniently located in the villa, complete with starter supplies.

A step away from your condominium is River Crossing's own community pool. A seasonal shuttle will pick you up outside the community and take you to the beach or Main Resort pool located on the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Nice and relaxing. Close to everything.

Property is great and near to everything. The pool across the parking lot is nice and was never really crowded. The dog above us was very noisy everytime left by itself, but that was the only noise problem. When we arrived to get gate pass, I was only given the access code and no actual card at the office. Was told only needed the numbers to put in at the gate and nothing else. Monday night went to take trash out and go to the pool and had no access card. Of course office was closed so called after hours number. They kept transferring me and losing call. Next morning went to office and a different person waited on me and said on Saturday when I stopped in I should have been given it. She apologized many times for the mistake. Just make sure when you stop in the office to check in, ask for the access card.
