Though this is a studio, the kitchenette complete with a microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, and coffeemaker, and the private balcony will give you all of the comforts you need to enjoy your stay. When days heat up, simply head down to the shared pool and bask in the sunshine as the kids splash around in the fountain pool. Even more fun can be found in the lazy river on-site or just a short walk further on the pristine sand of the beach. Plus, returning to home base each evening to watch a favorite show on the flatscreen TV will be the perfect way to end each day on a relaxing note.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
