Very nice place. My only complaints are the vent between the kitchen and living room was filthy. Also this is the only place I've ever stayed that didn't have a hairdryer in one of the bathrooms.

Great location, condo, and building!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in Laguna Keyes. The building is clean and convenient. The room is located on 6th floor where the hot tubs and lazy river are which was so nice being so close! The room is very nicely decorated / updated, and great space for families. Only complaints was the cleanliness of the kitchen area, especially the cookware. Also the 3rd bedroom with one queen bed could use a mattress topper as it was very springy feeling. Other beds were very comfortable. Overall- been going to this area for vacation for many years and this was one of the best stays. Would rent again most definitely!

Definitely stayed better

As a family of 6, the amenities are the most important part of our stay. I inquired multiple times if all of the amenities were open and was told that all the amenities were open. and to our surprise, the six floor lazy river and hot tub were closed for construction. Our room was located right in front of the construction zone and there was incredibly loud blowers starting at 7 AM. This was definitely not mentioned when I booked nor was it in the Laguna Keys website. This is my first poorly rated condo experience through VRBO. The communication was horrible. Whoever I emailed nobody even responded. The king size bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I had to literally sleep sideways in the king size bed. It was as if you were saying it into a hole if we slept normal . All around very poor experience . I will never rent through condo world again.
