No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

Brand new first floor two bedroom condo with two full bath suites is in one of the newest communities in Barefoot Resort, Willow Bend, a private community surrounded by the Greg Norman golf course, ponds with fountains and beautiful landscapes. Willow Bend has its own community pool outfitted with lounge chairs, umbrella tables and a BBQ area with picnic table, all just steps from the front door.

This professionally decorated villa is turn-key and nothing has been left for our guests to provide. You will find fashionable and comfortable furnishings in every room, with so many extras to delight our guests. Relax in comfort and enjoy the upscale furnishings in the huge great room. The sofa converts to a very comfortable queen sleeper if you need more room. Amazing TV entertainment with the large wall mounted flat panel TV and DVD player below.

The master suite hosts a full walk in closet, ceiling fan, flat panel TV, triple dresser, beautiful king size bed with designer bedding and a private bath suite. The king bed can easily be converted into two extra long twins. Just let us know! A second bedroom suite, decorated with a tropical flare, has two lovely twin beds, ceiling fan, another flat panel TV, chest of drawers, large closet and is on the opposite end of the villa from the master suite. The second full bath is just outside the door.

All chefs will be delighted with the impressively appointed and open kitchen, complete with full size major appliances and all essential small appliances and kitchen wares needed for preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Keep the cook company at the open bar area and then enjoy your meal at the casually elegant dining table, or even outside by the pool while you enjoy the typical evening breezes drifting in from the oceanfront.

No need to take home dirty laundry because this villa has a complete laundry room and we even furnish the laundry products! That's not all the amenities found here are unsurpassed. Just bring your suitcase because everything else is here waiting for you.

We only had a few issues. Although we were right next to the pool, you couldn't enter with a key fob. We never received one. Also, the skillet was very small, which made cooking a big chore. This condo says that it could sleep 6, but there were not any sheets provided for the pull out couch.

We had a great time at the condo. Our only complaint is that the beds were very hard and a little uncomfortable and they moved around on the floor with the slightest movement.

Beautiful property and rooms in the condo unit where we stayed. However, our stay would have been better with some updated amenities. For example, the skillet and bake pans should have been Teflon coated for ease of cleaning. We had to buy a new Teflon coated skillet and bake pan so that cooking breakfast wasn't such a hassle. Also the stove could be updated to a smooth top unit for better cooking. It had probably been 25 years since we had to cook on a stove with unlevel electric burners! We were surprised to find that some of the lighting would not work: the living room light, light in the screened porch, and the outside front entry light were all out upon our arrival. Of course we got along fine with the remaining lights. We were just disappointed that everything was not in working order upon our arrival. Something else we discovered was during the first shower taken; one of the inside shower door handles was loose. The shower head in that bath needs to be updated too; there's no adjustment in the direction or flow of the water. In summary, we were able to cook, rested well and stayed clean but the condo should have been inspected more closely for burned out lights and loose shower door handles before our arrival. Some kitchen and shower updates would be nice too.
