Island Girls is a beautiful 7 bedroom 5 1/2 bath luxury home located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and is convenient to delicious places to eat, outlet shopping, and all the popular Myrtle Beach attractions. Cherry Grove is a beautiful section of beach - wide and spread out - not over crowded! Island Girls is very bright and cheerful, the decor is exquisite, comfortable and offers you a slice of paradise on your much deserved family vacation! This beautiful North Myrtle Beach home comfortably sleeps 25. There are 2 king beds, 5 queen beds, (3) twin over full bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The spacious first floor has a living room with a 65" flat screen TV. The open floor plan makes visiting with the family so much more enjoyable as the kitchen, dining area, and living room area flow into one. On the first floor is a bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with a queen bed. The other 5 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a bedroom with 2 twin over full bunks, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed, and the last bedroom has a king bed. This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental home is just 1/2 block from the ocean with ocean views from 2 balconies where you can feel the breeze come off of the Atlantic. We just stayed here and had a large group, and we loved it. Several friends of mine said “this is the house we need to book going forward.” Clean house, great layout, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living/communal area was perfect, and the pool was nice and well maintained. The whole pool area was great, lots of chairs! Short, straight walk to the beach. And the rental company was awesome to work with. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Don’t hesitant to book this house if you need a place for 20 people, 6-7 families/couples. It was perfect for us!

The house was beautifully decorated. It took us two days to finally get the temperature adjusted correctly. The only unfortunate event was none of the beds had linen and there were no towels. Once a call was placed to the office they we’re delivering within two hours or so.

The house was exactly as listed. Had plenty of extra silverware. We cooked in 4 nights and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we lacked was dish towels. They only provided one.

4th annual friend/family trip

The house layout and location were amazing! We had a large group with varying ages and it was a great fit for everyone. The second fridge, pool, location and size of the house was the deciding factors in this house for us. It was a really short walk to the beach which was amazing because we had 5 kids, 5 and under for this trip. Having to wait for the management company to contact you when you have a car full or people and groceries isn’t ideal since it isn’t a set time, just some time after 3pm. Some of the beds(mattresses) and pillows could use an upgrade. Overall, great trip!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

This house was perfect for our stay as it fit so many people and was extremely spacious. Seaside Vacations was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely return to stay at one of their properties again. This stay was super cozy and super close to the beach. Also, located extremely close to multiple golf courses. I would definitely stay again!

The host and maintenance were excellent, they were very friendly and very courteous. The bedding in two rooms needed to be repaired, which was a little disappointing and we were afraid the shower door in the downstairs bathroom would break from not being properly installed. Otherwise the overall stay and location was great.

NICE LOCATION

This house is in a perfect location for walking to the beach, grocery, eating and bars. Our family of 17 have been vacationing together every summer for 13yr. This house is one of the cleaner ones we have had. But a few head ups, It has 7 bedrooms however to get to one of the main floor bedrooms you have to go thru the other, so there is a lack of privacy. With all the sand that comes into a beach house you would think there would be a broom, there is now as we bought one. The kitchen is sorely lacking in basics. For a house that sleeps 20 there are fewer than 10 forks, 6-7 coffee mugs, no frying pan over 8", no mixer. The owners need to take inventory and replace kitchen items. We had to buy plastic eating utensils and cook breakfast in small batches. The pool is bigger than most withs plenty of chairs. Plenty of parking, we had 5 cars.

Housing for large family 15+

This house offers everything you need to vacation with a large family. Sleeping arrangements have to be alittle creative but alot of room, bathrooms and a large size pool. I was the main vacation planner and my 91 year old dad went with us. He had no issues. Stairs were not bad ( they could use a lighter shade of paint to see better) because he had one of bedrooms on main floor. Very close to beach and neighborhood was clean and very quiet. Ample parking for cars. Overall would recommend highly.

Annual beach trip

This worked well for our group. The location was very easy to acces beach, pool very nice -larger than most in this area. The steps are steep so note this if you have someone in your group who has trouble maneuvering. Kitchen well stocked, tv had so many options for viewing and streaming.

I will definitely use seaside again but I will definitely ask for a property owned by someone else. I didn’t feel safe with the lackluster locks on the door (1). People came in and out of the property without consent (pool guy) . Seaside was definitely a pleasure to work with. They did all they could to make my stay a pleasant one. The owner simply doesn’t invest back into his property. As a property owner myself I realize that my properties are a reflection of myself. Thank you seaside for your dedication.

Thanksgiving get away

We enjoyed the house. Looked better than pictures online. Enjoyed the space. Would definitely come back maybe during the summer to enjoy the pool. Only issues we had was tv's not working in all rooms and the rail heading upstairs to the bedroom was a little loose.
