You will love this open floor plan. Sweeping, end unit views, from the kitchen, dining, and living room, plus, easy access to the balcony with fantastic views of the Intracoastal Waterway, main resort pool, and marina and shopping center. The night sky views will WOW as much as the daytime views.
Your family will enjoy this spacious (2000 sq ft) 4 bedroom/3 bath has an upscale decor, laminate and vinyl flooring, with plenty of space for a multi-family getaway.
Enjoy the large main bedroom complete with a luxurious king size bed. Wake up to the waterway views through your balcony door. The main bedroom is well appointed with a full length dresser, two night stands with lamps and a ceiling fan, TV. This bedroom has an en-suite, with a large private bathroom including double sinks, a walk-in glass shower, plus a whirlpool tube for relaxing after a beach day.

There are 2 bedrooms that share a "Jack-n-Jill full bathroom; one has a King bed and and one has a Queen bed. The Queen bedroom has it's own private balcony overlooking the North Tower entry and neighboring community. The fourth bedroom offers 2 Queen beds and access to the en-suite full bathroom. Flatscreen Tv's in every bedroom.
The fully appointed kitchen features granite countertops, fridge, ice maker, glass top stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus new washer and dryer. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, a complete set of pots and pans and food preparation utensils. The kitchen also comes complete with small appliances like, toaster, blender, hand mixer and coffee maker. There is a large dining room table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools.
After a busy day at the pool, on the golf course, or at the beach, come back to North Tower to relax in the spacious living room. With the sofa, love seat and 3 occasional chairs there is room for everyone, just sit back, or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Access from the living room is the wonderful covered large balcony. Take your meals, or favorite beverages, outside to watch the boats sail by!
Relax in the outdoor hot tub, cool off in the largest outdoor pool in SC, while you take in the views of the Intra-coastal Waterway, enjoy the marina bar and grill at the and much more. Boat docking is available for a fee. Jet ski rentals, and charter fishing, or dinner cruises are available on the waterway. Some of the best shopping, dining and nightlife (Alabama Theater and House of Blues) awaits you a short stroll across the historic bridge to Barefoot Landing. Plan to golf at one of four BareFoot Resort world class championship courses (Dye, Norman, Love, Davis). North Tower Stay

Rental was located in a great place. Easy access to everything. They have a shuttle that picks you up and brings you back from beach. Great pool area. Only minor complaint is drip coffee machine was not cleaned and had mold from coffee grounds that were not discarded. Some the pot/pans still had food residue on them. The washer/dryer had a bad smell so we did not wash our clothing.Other than those few issues the place was great and I would definitely stay again.

The property is beautiful, well kept. Our unit was nice but furnture was outdated and uncomfortable. I think the worst was my Son got chiggar bites areound 60 of them ,this made it aweful for him. Not your fault. The washer and dryer needed replaced and that didnt happen until thursday, we arrived saturday .All in all it was a good trip.

Golf trip

Condo was fine. Minor maintenance concerns running faucets tvs not functional in 2 rooms. Great set up nice balcony. Check in experience with sign in off site challenging when playing golf. Normal business hours. Part of reason u book online is automation and not to have to go there have then hold a check for deposit etc.

The property was clean. The furniture was WORN out. The list of rules was long upon check in. Check out was a pain as we had to take a binder with the contents back to the office and leave it in a closet. Looks really good in pics. The laundry closet smelled like sewer. Would not choose this property ever again.

Family Holiday Trip

This property was very nice. It was spacious with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved watching the different size and style yachts that came through to dock or just passing through at the marina. I would rent this property again for my family and I or just for me and my friends.

Don't look too closely.

Dust, crumbs, and sand. Oh my Hair and lint on everything like an old rag and/or mop are being used. Terrible broom. We felt like we were doing all the cleaning work and not enjoying our stay. Multitude of tiny bugs that appeared by the coffee table, not sure if they came from balcony. Hairbrush left on hall mirror, probably still there, from last occupants.

This family vacations was one of the best by far. The staff was amazing and answered all our questions anytime that we had them. The condo was super clean and the workers that actually work at the condo was talkative and friendly. Everything is super close and the furthest we drove was 20 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks me where to stay in myrtle beach.

Bedrooms were nice and large. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags. Every Monday night there are fireworks that you can watch from the balcony

Our 3 month stay at North Tower 309 was exactly as we imagined. The condo was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and convenient. The location is perfect, with beautiful views of the inter coastal waterway. We used the hot tub, visited the Marina Bar, took daily walks, and enjoyed the ease of getting around from the property. Great location and spacious

Our two families were very comfortable. (4 adults, 4 older kids). The condo met all of our needs. However, the decor, kitchen and master bath were a little out dated. Construction next door woke us all every morning. (starting at 7:30am). Lots of development and construction next to the tower which wasn’t ideal for quiet balcony sitting or sleeping in. Overall, it met our families needs.
