The Space:

Come enjoy Bay Watch Resort - located in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, SC! This unit is located in an stunning oceanfront resort - you will enjoy the unobstructed oceanview from your balcony PLUS being in a highly desired section of North Myrtle Beach. The resort has amenities for you and the entire crew to enjoy!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.



Living Area: Plenty of seating. Sleeper Sofa + murphy pull out bed. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom: King bed. TV.



Bathroom: Full bathtub and shower.



Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront views. Seating!



Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

Important note: Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting December 3, 2025, through the end of March for essential upgrades to the pool equipment room. During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, hot tubs, and pool deck will be unavailable.



Laundry: On-site complex - pay to use - machines available in the same tower as this unit.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.

2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens on the 4th Monday of every month at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

No pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 6.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
