This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Pet friendly upon approval, $125 Non refundable Pet Fee.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season.

We chose this house to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday and have ZERO regrets! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable! The outdoor area was perfect for lounging in the shade when it got too warm outside and the pool was refreshing. We enjoyed having a fully stocked kitchen and cooked several meals during our stay. The location was extremely convenient with a grocery store, gas station, several restaurants, fishing, and of course the beach being within walking distance. Our neighbors had dogs too but everyone was quiet and respectful. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The property was friendly to pets. I think the open stairs were a bit of a challenge for our small dog. She did not like them and wouldn't use but that is anywhere not property specific. The host was wonderful. There were a few small issues we encountered but they offered to resolve them asap. This house is right next to the swamp / marsh so there are some "bugs" we encountered but that is also part of the beach and location in general. I give it a thumbs up and thank you.

Friends and I came down for fall bike wk. house was very clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Didn’t use the pool due to the time of yr. Definitely recommend this house if you need a spacious house.

The house was very impressive. Great kitchen accessories. Bedspreads and mattress covers need washed between client stays for hygiene purposes. We had sand on ours before we even made our beds. The air conditioner went out Friday night. Management answered my call immediately but was unable to get someone to come out that late which was understandable. But someone should have had there first thing in the morning. It made packing and cleaning miserable. Management responded quickly when there was a pool issue. Pool service was sent out the same day. We enjoyed our stay.

Great beach house

We had a wonderful stay at the Southern Charm. The property is in close proximity to the beach. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything that you need including beach chairs. The house was a great size with a large dining room table which is perfect for large groups. There was a really nice pool and covered area for grilling which had plenty of seating and an outdoor table. We really enjoyed our stay.

Calm and Quiet

Simplistic check in and very clean/spacious property. Great communication with owner and no unexpected surprises during our stay. Highly recommended if you prefer a more quiet location, yet still close enough to the main Myrtle Beach attractions within a 10-20 minute drive.
