This impressive oceanfront condo in North Myrtle Beach offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all recently renovated in 2021. Step onto the oversized balcony and soak in the breathtaking views of the sea. Inside, you'll find a shiplap accent wall with an electric fireplace, adding warmth and charm to the living space.

The entire condo boasts new luxury vinyl plank flooring, creating a seamless flow from the living and dining areas to the kitchen and bedrooms. The bathrooms are adorned with elegant tile floors, while the master bath features a stunning tile shower. New furniture, paint, and fixtures throughout enhance the condo's modern aesthetic.

Each bedroom offers a comfortable retreat, with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the first guest bedroom, and another queen bed in the second guest bedroom. Additionally, a sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space for larger groups.

The condo was well maintained and very clean. Location was very nice. The only issue was the people staying next to us were smoking marijuana and cigarettes out on their deck and in the unit. It seeped into our unit. They were also very loud and disorderly.

Check in was easy. The condo was nice and ocean front was great. Plenty of access and area for beach set up. Beds were decent and the master bath was very nice. Our only issue during our 2 week stay was we saw roaches in the kitchen. Talked to the rental company and they sent someone over the next day to spray. We also sprayed the kitchen every night with raid. Still ended up seeing more. I know it's the south, but that's a deal breaker for us. Won't stay here again in the future. Unfortunate, as the place and beach area were nice.

Family vacation

The complaints I have are not regarding the condo nor the rental company. The problem we had was with the building staff. Our belongings that were outside of our room were taken. When we contacted the rental company they advised us to contact the police. There was a surveillance camera in the hallway pointing at our room so our 1st step was to find security, however security is only on the premises mainly for the weekends for check in and out. We were able to find building maintenance and were then told that they were the ones who took our belongings because you’re not allowed to have anything outside of your room. She advised us that this was posted in the lobby and that the rental company should’ve also informed us of that we told her that we had already contacted the rental company. They had no knowledge that belongings could not be outside of our doors and had informed us to contact the local police. The building employee then told us that we must have not rented from a reputable company. We questioned the building staff as to why she did not knock on our door or leave a note as to who to contact and why our belongings that were taken. The employee said she knocked on the door but had to take a call and go to another property. Our belongings were given back However there was no signs posted anywhere in the building, informing the occupants that belongings could not be outside of your door. We were not the only room that had our belongings taken.

North Myrtle Stay

Clean, comfortable, and convenient oceanfront. This was my first time doing the legwork for a girls’ shopping weekend. We’ve been doing this for 20 years, but the friend that usually books couldn’t make it. My girls are PICKY! They loved it! The beds and furniture were all comfortable, and everything we needed was there. They all said they would like to return. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach, and the condo was fantastic! Only one minor suggestion - the kitchen and bathroom supplies provided (soaps, paper towels, etc) are very meager. We would recommend upgrading those.

Great Location

This was our annual vacation, and the first time our family all came to NMB. Overall the property is well maintained, clean and the 3 BR, 3 BA ocean front condo was perfect. The few cons: Mattress in the main bedroom was VERY soft and the pillows were very flat and worn out. The pool, is in a partly shaded area the entire day, therefore, the water was freezing our entire stay, never warmed up and the deck area is very limited. The lazy river and kiddie pool are not in the sun at all. There was an “indoor pool” on the 6th floor with more sunning area, but very secluded from main part of the property. If you are not pool people, this is the perfect place for you.
