This rare 4 bedroom 4 bath oceanfront condo in Crescent Shores is ready for you. The 26 foot balcony gives stunning 3rd floor views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the white sandy coastline and is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.

The well-appointed kitchen offers granite countertops & full size appliances, including new (2025) refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, as well as a full-size washer and dryer just off the kitchen. The cabinets are well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses & silverware and cookware. Additional small appliances include a toaster oven, electric griddle, large crock pot, blender, a hand mixer round out this chef's gourmet kitchen. A dining table for 6 & 3-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.

Bright and airy, the Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for movie night in front of the flat screen TV. Free wireless internet access available. Sliding door access to the large oceanfront balcony and more comfortable seating to dine outdoors or take in the views.

The oceanfront main bedroom offers a KING bed, 2 nightstands, flatscreen TV. A walk-in closet leads to the main bath with granite counters & double sinks. A glass enclosed shower, plus, jetted whirlpool tub, awaits you. The 2nd bedroom offers a fantastic king size bed, full length dresser, closet & a full private attached bath. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 QUEEN beds & private bathroom. The 4th bedroom offers 2 QUEEN beds and access to the hallway full bath. Each bathroom offers tub/shower combos. Bedrooms include ceiling fans, flat screen TVs, dressers & closets.

Bring your pool & beach towels, Crescent Shores offers outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal outdoor grills, indoor pool, outdoor showers & a fitness room. A free parking garage offers covered parking. On site security is also provided. Beach access is just a short boardwalk over the dunes for fun in the sun! Some beach items are included, but additional beach chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Other watersport adventures are also available for purchase directly on the beach.

Next door is Molly Darcy’s an oceanfront pub with indoor and outdoor seating, bar and pool tables. Within walking distance are a beachwear store, convenience store & an ice cream stand & hot-dog grill, plus adventure mini-golf. Barefoot Landing is close by, with the Alabama Theater, House Of Blues, Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery plus over 100 shops. Fireworks weekly, all summer long.

We so enjoyed our stay! The balcony was spacious and the view was breathtaking! With 4 Bedrooms and 4 Baths, the condo was the perfect layout for 4 women! The ONLY downside was the outdated low toilets. Lol. We hadn’t seen those in years and were a little surprised the condo hadn’t been updated to the chair-height version. Other than that, we loved everything about our 7 days in North Myrtle Beach. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second stay in the building, but first time in this unit. It was spacious with great views in the living room and master bed. A few notes of feedback: the rooms other than the master did not have blackout curtains and the outside hallways can be bright at night, the cleaners were not 100 percent ready at 4pm so we were holding until about 415 until they were done - they were courteous and we put our things in one of the finished rooms until they were done. The main issue that would give me pause before renting again is the presence of insects - gnats, small crawlers and a few cockroaches that appear to be coming from behind the refrigerator. We also found a few dead bugs in the pans in the cabinets. We purchased a spray and notified the management, who quickly replied: “ sorry about the critters!!! The whole building is under pest control contract for service on 2nd Tuesday of the month. It is definitely harder to control in the summer when units are all occupied and food is spread out across every kitchen. I will let the HOA know.” Give the quick turnover and daily cost to rent the property, more should be done. I have not had that issue in other rentals, including the last time we stayed in this building.

We had an overall excellent experience. The location, and property was amazing. The beds and furniture were very comfy. Our only negative was the balcony was closed for repair, but that wasn't even that bad. The property was exactly as pictured and very clean. We had an amazing experience.

Wonderful property!

We loved everything about this condo! The size was perfect for our family of 9, which included my husband and I, our 3 teenagers, and 4 grandparents. We especially loved hanging out on the 3rd floor balcony in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings watching the sunsets. The complex itself was also very well kept and well staffed which was nice to see, especially around the pool area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back again!!

Perfect vacation

Highly recommend this property. We had an amazing vacation. The property location is perfect and had everything that we needed. It was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. Check in/out is simple. The pool and beach is beautiful. Walking distance to Molly Darcys, a local mini Market and souvenir shop. My grandson and I even walked to a mini golf course up the road from us. I would absolutely book this place again.

Great condo: kitchen had everything we needed, beach toys and chairs, everyone had there own room and bathroom, good amount of space in kitchen and living room. Loved the balcony and table and chairs out there. Washer and dryer a plus. Just had to bring dishwasher detergent and paper products. Loved it!

View was just gorgeous!! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Loved having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!! Only thing wrong with the place besides having to leave was the door lock was hard to get key to unlock, sometimes working on getting in for up to 10 minutes!

All 8 had a wonderful time

Property perfect for our family of 8 adults. Plenty of room both inside and on the balcony. Towards the end of the week there was an issue with the refrigerator but was responded to quickly by friendly maintenance help. Also given help in being able to store food in another room. Overall all we were very happy with this property and would use it again.

Awesome Condo!

We have stayed at several different condos at Crescent Shores and this, by far, is the best one so far. It is apparent that the owner takes pride in this unit. The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook with and to entertain. The balcony furniture is great with plenty of seating for all.
