Downstairs Unit - 2 Blocks to the Beach - Pool and Hot Tub!

Both the upstairs unit and downstairs unit are available separately (different listings) from January to April and from Labor Day to December each year. Starting in April and running through Labor Day, the house is restricted to an entire house rental only.

Why would you want to stay in a crowded high rise condo building and wait for elevators... luggage carts....etc. Plus, most of the time you have to park in a garage across the street... drag your family and belongings all over just to get to your room? Resort fees? Who needs those? ;). The high speed internet (100 down, 10 up) is included and not shared with 500 other people.

Holly's Haven offers on site parking (right in the driveway). No parking garages here... park up front, walk right to the house. Have a motorcycle that needs a cover? We have a covered car port area as well for your use!

This is the downstairs unit of a two story duplex. Currently, the owner of the property (Neal) uses the upstairs for his exclusive use, when he is in town and is not on the rental market for 2022.

Holly's Haven is a tastefully decorated rental with a vintage beach cottage vibe and private, on-site parking.

The Haven promises to take you back to your favorite beach vacations as a child but with all of the modern conveniences you enjoy at home.

Two bedroom first floor lodging with one full bath, (an additional updated & attached full bath with exterior entrance which makes potty breaks, while enjoying the pool & back yard, easy and quick. You may just want to enjoy a quick after beach shower while a cocktail awaits poolside)! Full kitchen/living area equipped with a pull out, full sized sofa bed. One bedroom features a king size bed, the other with two twins and a pull out trundle. Sleeps up to 7 comfortably. Linens and towels are supplied with on site laundry at your disposal.

There are TV's in each room with DirecTV Stream (local channels, HBO, Showtime). Holly's Haven features a beautifully landscaped back yard with a semi in ground salt water pool and six person hot tub. It's equipped with all of your grilling needs with plenty of room to sit and eat with family and friends or to just lounge in the sun Just a two minute beach view walk to the beach! The beach features water sports such as banana boat rides, parasailing and designated surfing areas within a block of the public beach access.

Why stay in a hotel when you can enjoy a more comfortable, home away from home, experience?

Myrtle Beach (just next door) is a bustling hub of tourist activity. Definitely fun to visit but North Myrtle is where it's at for your relaxing beach vacation. So come to Holly's Haven! We promise you'll come back.

Upstairs tenants took all the parking, had to wait for them to return from the beach to ask them to let us park. Bathroom, inside and outside was dirty, hot tub never got hot had a wring around it, pool needs cleaning, the stairs was green and the lining was dirty. Need pots to cook in. Sofa sunk you diwn so low to the ground.. beds thank God I brought my own sheets, ny friends had bites up and down her arm from sleeping in the king size bed. The two twin size beds had a back dip, everyone you moved it rolled you back to the dip. The grill was not cleaned after the last person used it. I did contact the owner and was told the grill was new. But being new had nothing to do with it being dirty., the hot tub was told it was the bromine but the dirty ring was not bromine. Thank God I had my liquor to combat the stress. Location was great but will never stay there again. Just buyer beware.

Wonderful Stay!

The place was clean and had bathroom outside which is good if in the pool, liked that and washer dryer. Loved that is was so private outside around the pool all though the pool was much smaller that it looks but we did enjoy it and most pools are small with these places

Girls week

Although the hot tub was out of commission during our stay Neil was super helpful in making sure our experience there was still pleasurable. We enjoyed the closeness of the beach and that we could come back to the house to relax and chill out in the pool! No complaints from us, we enjoyed our stay tremendously! Communication on the owners side was on par would recommend this place to anyone!!

The host was fantastic and communicated every step of the way. Check-in was super easy. When we arrived the place was clean and perfect. We couldn’t wait to get into our bathing suits and jump in to the pool. The bullfrog spa was an awesome surprise and upgrade that we didn’t know about until after we had already booked our vacation. The on-site games that the host stocked were a great surprise and we definitely had wonderful memories in way of a competitive game of Scrabble. The beds were super comfortable. Internet was a great speed so my wife could check in with work without any issues. Literally a 5 min walk to the beach, if that! I think we found our vacation spot moving forward !

Very Impressed! We Will Stay Again!!

We had 3 children and 4 adults during our stay and we all had more than enough room in this cute little vacation home! When we arrived, we discovered the fridge wasn't cooling properly. Neal was super quick to respond and he let us use his (personal) fridge until the issue was resolved (which didn't take long). We ran into one other mishap, and he quickly responded and offered our next stay at a nice discounted rate...now that is customer service when the owners take GREAT care of their tenants! Favorite things about this home: -Most comfortable (king) bed I've slept in on a trip -Private pool, hot tub, and backyard space -2 minute walk to the beach -Safe and friendly neighborhood -Kid and adult-friendly (arcade game in the living room was a plus for the kiddos) Favorite things about our vacation: -We rented a golf cart and drove it everywhere (literally). Our car didn't move until we left for home. -We relaxed better than on most other trips we've taken. -BEACH :) Unlike other beach trips, we didn't do any attractions or shows this go-round. Instead, we grilled every night by the pool and enjoyed each other's company. It was by far the best vacation we've had in a while!

Family getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. There were 4 adults and one 4 year old. The house had everything we needed and was like maybe 2 blocks to the beach. The listing was accurate and we had no issues at all. The pool was a little chilly but it's only the first of May so it is to be expected!! The hot tub was very nice and the front porch always has a nice breeze. Most definitely would stay here again!!

March 2022 Weekend Stay

Cute lil older beach cottage. Quiet and quaint. Conveniently located. Hot tub was nice! Was too old to use the pool but nice it was there! Pots pans, utensils etc were clean and a good variety. Shower curtain was too short causing the water to puddle on the floor. Put down towels to shower and we were good. Others may not, causing long term damage. Cottage was well lit and we felt safe. We would stay again!
