Our home offers a safe environment, no public areas such as elevators or lobby. Book now for your 2026 vacations. We own units A & B so you can vacation with friends and family right next door. Unit A is listed in VRBO under 487398. You would be renting Unit B from this listing. Each Unit has Ocean view. Each Townhome is 2 floors (upstairs, downstairs), all 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The Townhouse is in North Myrtle on Crescent Beach. Please see our property reviews. We have a professional cleaning crew between all vacationers. We have a private walkway and free parking for 2 vehicles per unit. Relax at our home away from home. Grab your beach towel and the relaxing ocean is just a few steps away, no streets to cross. Our home is a great home to stay at and just sit back and relax or explore the beautiful South Carolina North Myrtle beach area. Fun times for family and friends at the beach and close to golf. Our unique property sits Perpendicular to the ocean (please see map and the photos, front of building is not facing ocean.). We allow small dogs (less than 40 lbs) upon approval. Our beach townhome' offers total relaxation with 3 Bedroom 2.5 bathrooms with 1,500 sq. ft. We have central air conditioning and heating. It is completely setup with all the comforts of home. We have a complete kitchen fully stocked with tableware, cooking utensils, toaster and coffee maker. We have a dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Dining room that seats 6 and counter space that seats 3. We have TV's and wireless internet. There is a half bathroom downstairs. Master bedroom has King Size bed, the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. The master bedroom also offers a desk and chair to work from. We can accommodate sleeping for 6 comfortably. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one in the hall and one in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a balcony that you can sit out on and view the ocean. Our townhouse is great for couples or families. We do provide linens and towels for all rentals (Please bring beach towels). This is a non-smoking unit. We do rent weekly or monthly, during the winter months. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months. Request a week and we will send you a quote. You can also check out our calendar to see the available weeks. Please see our reviews; we know you will love your stay as much as our other families. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age without an adult included in the booking. This is a family home. We are located at Longbay Landing. If you are having trouble viewing calendar and pictures you may have to use Google Chrome.

This unit is absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't be better. We were steps from the beach. The unit is beautifully decorated. Communication with the owners was wonderful. Kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, Keurig, toaster, etc to use. Unit had beach chairs, toys, umbrella to use if needed. The beach at this location wasn't overly crowded. We have found our new home away from home for our Myrtle Beach vacations. We always like to stay in North Myrtle Beach and this unit is close to many attractions and excellent restaurants. Thank you Carol and Bob for sharing your beautiful home! We will be back again.

Great experience from day 1

Communication with owners was excellent. We received a quick response to questions before we booked and at every step of the rental. We were able to check in early, the property was clean, well kept, and well stocked. We had everything we needed! The beds were comfortable, and the living areas were very nice. Access to the beach was very convenient too. We would love to stay here again.

Great location, very well equipped, nice owners

The most important aspects of a rental for us are accuracy of listing, location and safety of property and interaction with the owners during check in or when issues arise. This property is excellent in all of those areas. We would not hesitate to stay here again. You are steps from the beach and in a very safe neighbourhood for strolling around. The condo is well equipped with for a long term stay.

Winter Holiday getaway

We came down to Myrtle beach for a weekend trip and had a wonderful time! It was our first time staying in a VRBO and it did not disappoint. The property is ON the beach. We were able to watch the sun rise and set from the balcony of the master suit. The place is pet friendly and had extras bowls for the dogs and a baby gate to help separate them from the rest of the house. The host responded very quickly to all our questions and were friendly. The place was clean and had plenty of extra bedding and towels for our stay. Not only is this it on the beach but it is also minutes away from great shopping, food, and entertainment. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on Myrtle beach!

Fabulous spot!!!

We had the best time. Three areas to be outdoors and just a few steps from the beach. Enjoyed having coffee on the upstairs balcony looking at the beach. Enjoyed sunrise and sunset walks on the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again!!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach wasn't overly crowded which was great. The townhouse had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Birthday Vacation

Great place , Great Location, just a few steps to the beach . We just wanted a low key Vacation. With a Beach that wasn’t overcrowded. I wanted to walk on the beach and find sea shells , this was the perfect place . Also we got to bring our little Yorkies with us . This place had every thing and more there were also baby /dog gates. Spices ,spray for pans ect . Cleaning stuff also . was clean and fresh . This is by far the Best place we’ve stayed in of its kind . You won’t be disappointed!! We’ll definitely be going back ❀

Property exactly as described. Everything was explained and “checking in” was a breeze. Carol and Bob were quick to check in with us and made sure we knew how to reach them if we needed anything! So roomy with having an upstairs as well. Steps away from the beach, what more could you ask for. We absolutely loved their place and can’t wait to come back!
