Nice place!
The home is well appointed and very clean! The small toaster oven could use a little deep clean, but the rest of the house was immaculate! (We just used the regular oven instead, no big deal!) The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and we had plenty of linens/towels for our party of 7. There are nice little touches throughout the home that make it feel warm and welcoming.
LocationâWe were always within 30 minutes or less of anything we wanted to do. We visited Broadway at the Beach, the boardwalk, Barefoot Landing, the aquarium, and a few mini golf places, ice cream shops and the public beaches. There were tons of restaurant options nearby and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The neighbors are all very friendly and it seemed to be a mix of vacationers and residents. It felt safe. This condo unit itself was just a short walk to the small private neighborhood pool, which was perfect for a morning swim before starting our day. There was also the option of taking a really easy 10-ish minute drive to the NMB public beach access, which was where we liked to end our days.
We only had one issue when we first got there and that was with the WiFi not connecting. It was a quick text to the owner who responded right away with a new password and it was resolved within 2 minutes. Easy peasy! I only mention it because it speaks to the owners care and attentiveness to ensure that his guests have all the comforts of home!
Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
