How clean the place was. On the other hand, There’s a serious safety risk with one of the doors on the first floor opens to the air. The railing is gone and looks like it has been gone for some time. Someone is going to hurt. We barricaded the door to keep our people safe. The water was at best like warm never got hot hot. We loved the lay out. It worked for our family.

We had a fun time, the only thing that sucked was all the sand in the pool and the fact that we weren't allowed to use the hot tub, given how chilly it was. Other than that, it was a good time.

Family Christmas gathering

Check in was very simple and so was the communication with the property assigned person, Mandy , throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with the heater not working on the first floor of the house but Mandy got the AC/Heating company out there right away to address the problem. The only issue we had was that the house advertised the second floor master bedroom listed with a jetted jacuzzi tub plus a shower and a fireplace in the bedroom which neither was provided. There was no fireplace nor jacuzzi tub which we actually were very much looking forward to. Also there is no balcony available on either side of the home A or B. Aside from that incorrect description of the home, everything else was good to go. We loved the fact that the kitchen was fully equipped to allow our big family group cook Christmas dinner together.

Golf trip - our 40th year in Myrtle Beach

House was perfect for 14 guys enjoying their 40th annual golf trip in Myrtle. Team is getting older and having everyone in the same house was wonderful. Kitchen was very nice - we cooked in 3 of our 4 nights. Media room was ideal for watching NFL and MLB playoffs. Lots of space, well appointed. Our contact Brittany was available and responsive. We will be back.

Wedding Weekend

This was an amazing house and excellent fit for our wedding party and there spouse. It was clean and plenty of room. The movie room was excellent and soooo close to the beach!! I would 10/10 stay again :))

The property was clean however below expectations. All of the bed mattresses were extra firm making for a poor night's sleep. Several of the seating cushions in the theater room were ripped. No balcony and bars on doors going to nowhere were no what I would expect from a beach house in this price range. I would not rent this home again.

Property managers were great and very quick to address any issues. Location is great - across from the beach and more residential area. The garbage collection was an issue - the many house garbage cans were overflowing when we got there, and pickup was not until 4 days later. The only option was to take it down an adjoining street to a dumpster. Garbage pick up - definitely before we got there, and twice a week would be better. Also the floors had been cleaned but too old to get really clean.

Property is wonderful for large groups. Plenty of space to eat, play, watch movies. Management company was fantastic - issues happen at the beach but they were on top of it every time. Thanks for letting stay at your place this year.

Jones 2023 Thanksgiving Gathering

Overall, property was very nice & clean upon arrival. Communication with Mandy was awesome. I would loved to give 5 stars but the entire place had gnats.Almost like an infestation.They were everywhere including all bathrooms. Management office (Mandy) apologized & gave me gnat killer for the kitchen sinks but it barely made a difference. The advertising was accurate. Kitchen was fully stocked but we did have purchase ice because the (3) refrigerator ice makers didn't make much ice.Could definitely use better quality pillows and new sitting furniture in theater room & kitchen as it is very badly stained & torn/ripped. Would also be nice to have extra blankets for the cooler nights. Easy access to the beach. Plenty trash cans available outide however trash wasn't picked up on Friday as advertised. Parking was fair but 7 assigned parking spaces wasn't enough for our party and overflow parking was over a mile away in a muddy parking lot. At least it was FREE. Access to grocery stores and other shopping venues were excellent. One item not mentioned in the advertisement was that there is one bathroom on the 1st level that is handicap accessible which was a plus. I was very uneasy about leaving the property unlocked upon check out but after reaching out to Mandy, she assured me it was be okay.

No hot water

We did not have any hot water two out of four nights. Management did not seem concerned and blamed it as a global issue, when surrounding properties had hot water. This was an isolated issue that affected the entire family, because we spent an enormous amount of time boiling water to wash ourselves and wash dishes. Some of the sinks in the bedrooms did not have stoppers.

Amazing week.

It really was pretty easy. They were on top of things and reliable. We had a pipe burst on second floor soaking a lot of our stuff. But we were able to move into another property brand new and right on beach. Saved our vacation.

Wonderful rental for large party

The property was clean and fit the description. Our party of 28 slept comfortably with a few extra rooms and several extra beds. Maintenance was prompt and fixed everything to satisfaction. Checkout process was easy. Modern TVs in all the rooms. There are only a few minor suggestions like supplying a broom and one hair dryer for the house to use, shuffle board didn’t have any salt, cue ball was dented and no chalk for pool sticks. If our travels bring us back to Cherry Grove, we would consider this property again.

Enough room for us all to spread out. Washer and dryer on each floor. 2 dryers wouldn’t work but fixed a couple hrs after call. Flash flooding happened, so pool had a lot of sand in it. The kids still enjoyed it. Across the street to ocean. Easy access.

Family Getaway

It was a very nice location, the home was nice and clean. A little mix up to begin with that was a little stressful on the check in side of things. There was also a little damage to some items in the home but we’re assured they knew about it from a previous renter. All in all the place was nice, close to beach and we would stay there again. Thanks!
