The Space:
This North Myrtle Beach condominium rental features an incredible kitchen (with two refrigerators), plenty of dining space and a living room that is as perfect for conversation as it is for games.

Amenities inside this condominium include high-speed Internet access and more than half a dozen televisions for your convenience. A washing machine and clothes dryer are provided for you. Outside, a sparkling blue swimming pool and relaxing hot tub are convenient amenities you will have on the ground floor of this resort.

The Atlantic Ocean is just across the street from this condominium and you can see the ocean waters from both of your ocean view balconies. Play on the beach under the sunlight. Stroll hand in hand on the oceanfront under the moonlight. Morning, noon and night, the beaches are wonderful destinations and when you vacation at Cherry Grove Villas 407, you will only have to walk a few steps across the street.

Four parking passes for Cherry Grove Villas 407 are permitted. Parking passes must be on cars at all times. No pets, trailers, golf carts, motorcycles, boats or jet skis. Grills are provided right by the pool area. Pool and Hot Tub Closed November 1st-February 28th each year.

Guest Access:
As our valued guest at Cherry Grove Villas 407, you will have full and exclusive access to the entire condominium unit during your stay. This includes all six spacious bedrooms, five private bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen with its dual refrigerators, ample dining space, comfortable living room, in-unit laundry facilities, and both of your private, ocean-view balconies.

Entry to your vacation home is made simple and secure with a keyless electronic door lock. Your personalized access code will be provided to you before your arrival, allowing for a seamless and flexible self-check-in at your convenience.

Beyond your private villa, you also have access to the shared amenities of the Cherry Grove Villas resort. This includes the inviting swimming pool. Please note, as mentioned, these outdoor amenities are seasonal and are closed annually from November 1st to February 28th.

Please be aware of the community's strict parking rules: no pets, trailers, golf carts, motorcycles, boats, or jet skis are permitted in the parking area or anywhere on the property. If you have a taller vehicle, we recommend confirming the maximum height clearance beforehand.

Rideshare Services (Uber/Lyft):
For evenings out or when you prefer not to drive, Uber and Lyft services are readily available throughout the North Myrtle Beach area, offering a convenient alternative for transportation.

Walking:

Independence Day beach trip with family 2025

Overall experience was amazing. Location was great. Easy access to the beach and the view was refreshing each morning even though we were not beachfront. The condo was huge, and the bedroom/bathroom availability was perfect for so many family members. The overall maintenance and cleanliness were a little disappointing. (Some were no batteries for remotes, bulbs out in a lot of areas, shower doors hard to close/operate, dirty under beds/furniture, screen doors missing, etc.......Contact with the property manager was next level. She was reachable leading up to the vacation week and also during our stay there at any time. Very superior communication and follow-up.The property of condos is huge with tons of people. So, the pool was usually full for its smaller size and the parking underneath was a bit challenging every night. There was also construction on one of the two staircases which led to everyone using the one access up and down. Numerous workers onsite daily too. This to me should have been disclosed up front so we could maybe adjust the number of cars we brought down. Overall, we were super happy and enjoyed our stay at this condo. Thanks again for the hospitality and we appreciated the use of your property.
