Experience the gorgeous oceanfront Bay Watch Resort in the heart of North Myrtle Beach at a very affordable price with NO RESORT FEES. The condo is sanitized with Microban between each traveler visit by our professional cleaning service. The Resort boasts: 18 handicap accessible pools and spas, the largest pool deck on the Grand Strand, the only Resort where the beach is lighted at night, has two first class restaurants on-site as well as a tiki pool bar and ice cream located in the Gift Shop, oversized parking lot to accommodate oversized vehicles, golf cart parking-lockable bike rack and a recently remodeled fitness center. Enjoy the wide, white sandy beaches, and numerous activities for everyone from 100+ golf courses to para-sailing, from live music shows to zip lines, from water parks to aquariums and from world famous dinners to exquisite sea food.

CONDO
This one room condo is located in Tower 3 on the quiet seventh floor. The condo sleeps 4. It has a king bed in the bedroom area and a new futon sleeper sofa in the living area complete with sanitized linens that are freshly made up for you. The Beach Condo has a new smart TV with cable, and premium stations, free Wi-Fi and board games. The remodeled kitchenette has a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate, blender and eating utensils. Also included is a hair dryer, iron, sunscreen, boogie boards, beach chairs and noodles. It is so well stocked that you do not even need a toothbrush.

PACKAGES
If traveling with children, we offer some convenient Beach and Swimming Packages. ‘Fun In the Sun 1’ package includes: kids goggles, beach towel, water wings, sand toys and even sunscreen. ‘Big Beach Pkg 2’ includes: boogie board, bigger goggles and snorkel, beach towel, noodle and sunscreen. ‘Beach Games Pkg 3’ includes: frisbee, nerf football, beach ball, beach towel and sunscreen. These packages are for you to use and take home with you. Let us know how many you would like us to have ready for you when you check in (no shopping or delivery charges).

DISCOUNTS

March stay

We stayed for 5 days for my nieces softball tournament in North Myrtle Beach. It was a really nice room. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and could have been higher from the ground. We loved the view and accessibility to the ocean. The parking garage was extremely convenient but we wished there was more handicap parking. Overall, very pleased and would stay there again.

Well stocked and clean. good beach access.

This is a typical sun seeker location best suited to families. The access to the room could use a good cleaning but the room itself was very clean and had everything you could need. The patio space is very small and there is a small sliver of beach view if you stand up but that was fine for us. The pools were great for kids. We loved the bar in the building next door and the food in the restaurant was pricy but actually pretty good. Beach access was wonderful. The only concern was the bed. It was squeaky and felt like you were laying directly on springs with no padding
very uncomfortable. The linens were very worn as well. If it were not for the bed, I would give 5 stars.

Just right for two

The photos show the room well and it is well stocked with extras which is very nice. The location of the room is also very nice. Kind of tucked away at the end of the hallway with a private entry. I liked this! Quiet! The bed is a little too hard for us, but everyone has their preference. It might be nice to have a topper in the room for those that need a softer bed. I would stay here again!

Good stay for a good price

The room and location was great, and the resort was fun. The host was polite and responsive. The cleaning crew contracted was not thorough, and didn’t wait until checkout to come in and start working, so she ended up barging in on us while we were still getting dressed and packed up.

A Must-Stay listing for N.Myrtle Beach!

Honestly this has been one of my favorite vacation rentals and/or hotel stays to date! The room was EVERYTHING that was promised and the property manager was attentive and quick to respond to any and all questions we had during the check-in process and during the stay. If you don't mind not having a oceanfront view (you can see the Atlantic Ocean from the side balcony but this is a side condo) this listing CAN NOT BE BEAT! The check-out process was as easy as it gets and honestly I am definitely considering returning again next year! I can not recommend staying here enough!
