Snowbird 2026 winter rates for January and February available - if interested, please send an inquiry. Tastefully and comfortably decorated 2 BR, 2 BA condo on the ground floor in sought after Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach. No stairs to climb! Brand new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the entire condo in 12/2024 (excluding the bathrooms).

Our location is perfect for those seeking a golf / beach getaway or for those coming for a dance competition or sporting tournament. The community pool in the complex is located directly across from the condo and there is also a large, 15,000 SF salt water pool with a hot tub at the North Tower in Barefoot (right near the Marina Bar & Grill and the inter coastal waterway) which is available for your use as well. Both pools close at sunset.

For those seeking a little sun or a nice walk on the beach, the condo is a brief 8-10 min drive to Windy Hill beach. Public parking is available near the beaches and along the coastline and there is also a complimentary beach shuttle during the ’season’ that drops you off right at Windy Hill Beach.

For our golf lovers, there are 4 championship courses within Barefoot Resort and the primary clubhouse and driving range is less than 1/2 mile away. The fairway of the 9th hole on the Greg Norman course is in the back of our unit and partly viewable from the screened in porch.

Hi-lights about the condo:
*The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking enthusiasts and the dining area has seating for 4.

*The open family living area has new luxury vinyl plank flooring, plenty of seating for friends and family to gather and make memories. There is a 55" Smart TV mounted in this space, a ceiling fan and some games and several jigsaw puzzles.
*Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
*The screened in porch is a great place to unwind, get some fresh air and catch a glimpse of golfers. There is a ceiling fan in the screened in porch.

*The master bedroom has a queen bed with a newer plush-medium firm mattress, a smart TV and a modern ceiling fan.

*The master bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom and has plenty of space for toiletries and hanging towels, etc.

*The second bedroom has two twin beds with newer mattresses, a smart TV, a modern ceiling fan and USB ports on the back of the nightstand for easy charging of your devices.

*The second full bathroom is off the main living area and next to the second bathroom.

*Bed and bath linens, extra blankets and pillows are all provided.

*There is a brand new (2024) stackable washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

*For beachgoers, we provide beach towels, chairs, a cooler, an umbrella and some sand toys.

* Hi-speed WiFi.

*There are plenty of sidewalks and streets to enjoy a nice walk/run in our community in addition to nearby communities.

The Grand Strand has many attractions to make your stay enjoyable. Here are some considerations:
-Barefoot Landing - a very fun, vibrant atmosphere with a unique boardwalk, several restaurants, cute shops, a brewery, wine-tasting, outdoor live music and a playground and other amusements for the kiddos. They also offer a Monday night fireworks display from June thru August..
-Alabama Theater is very close by - about 1.5 miles.
-Inter Coastal water way - 1 mile; Jet ski rentals close by.
-Barefoot Princess - Cruise along the intra coastal waterway. 1mi. away
-House of Blues - Dine, shop, and listen to great live music. 1mi. away
-Alligator Adventure - one of the largest reptile zoos in the world with alligators and crocodiles. 1mi away
-Duplin Winery. 1.5 miles away
Broadway on the Beach - about a 15-20 min drive
-Top Golf In Myrtle Beach ~ about a 20 min drive
-Tanger Outlets - very nice variety of outlet stores - about a 10 min drive
-MYR Airport - 25-27 min drive

We had a wonderful stay! This is our 2nd stay here. From the moment we booked, communication with the host was clear, friendly, and timely. Every question we had was answered quickly, which made the entire process stress-free.The condo itself was spotless when we arrived. You can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially well-kept, and everything we needed was easy to find.The location was perfect. The area is beautiful! While we don’t golf, the course looked amazing. The amenities were great. We used the pool across from the condo many times. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Relaxing summer vacation

We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for several years and this condo is by far the best one we have stayed at. The pictures don’t do it any justice - the place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need to make a meal. Another plus is it’s located right across from the pool! Laura is incredibly sweet and was quick to respond to my questions I had before our trip! We will be back again next year!!

This exceeded our expectations. The photos of the condo are exactly what you’ll get. Very clean. Layout is great and stocked with essentials. Plenty of beach accessories in the closest out on the porch.Location is exactly where we wanted to be. In a nice resort area. Can go to pool by walking right across the street. Also passes to huge pool but Im guessing you want to get there early to get a chair. Many things are within 10 min drive. The host lay several things to do out on their welcoming info they send out. The host are great!! Laura is who I was communicating with and she was very responsive and helpful. We are not the type to usually go back to the same place to stay but we all agreed we will do that when we go back to Myrtle Beach in the future. We have a 13yr old daughter and she can be hard to please sometimes but she did not want to leave. That’s a big win.Highly Recommend this place.Steve

This was a great find! First floor, easy parking, Pool and Beach shuttle across the way from the condo. Clean and modern and stocked with just enough, but not too much. The level of attention by the owner is great, from having an open shelf to put your own stuff away easily when you enter, to having a Kurig for coffee and very nice appliances. Easy secure access with no keys. The Boardwalk is right around the corner about 1.5 mile drive. You have access to the large pool by the Marina and the smaller pool right across the condo. Very nice screened in porch in the back with a green wall of trees is private and comfy for breakfast. This is a residential area so it is quiet and safe and lovely. We don't play golf but the course is right there. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back.

Quiet, clean and spacious.

Perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place thats still in the middle of it all. No through traffic to contend with or loud party goers. Very clean and plenty of room to allow the family to relax with a great floor plan. Will be sharing this listing with friends and family that are looking. Perfect for travel ball families that play at North Mytle Beach complex.

Laura is a wonderful host and checked in with us during our stay. I had a couple of questions which she promptly answered. Very kind and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back. Just a tip, we very much preferred the salt water pool across from the condo. For some reason the main pool was a tad chillier and chlorinated. The pool across from the condo was nice and warm!

Great Vacation

My friend and I enjoyed the stay at the condo. It was conveniently located to everything and very peaceful away from the main road through N. Myrtle and even across the street from the pool. Laura was very accommodating and bought a new cooler for us before we got there. It had a well stocked kitchen, from everything we needed to goto the beach.
