Located in Cherry Grove, sandwiched between the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and serene Coastal Marsh.

A few minutes South you'll find the popular pier and many restaurants/shops along Sea Mountain Highway.



This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.

Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

We checked in the day after Memorial Day. Our entire stay was quiet and relaxing. It is exactly as listed. We will 100% book again for a future trip. The convenience of the washer, dryer and full kitchen was great. We received two parking passes and two keys to the building as well as a room door code upon check in.

You can’t beat the view. We loved the comfortable furniture. The bedrooms were neat and spacious. Every morning we woke up to the view of the ocean from the bedroom window. We loved it and would stay again. Highly recommend this place.

Quick little getaway

The condo was very nice and surprisingly clean. The listing was accurate and condo came stocked with starter supplies except for laundry detergent so make sure to bring your own. There could have been more washcloths but when we asked for some they did bring a couple more by and left them on the door for us which we appreciated. I believe the hot tub may still be broken because the jets did not blow very well and the temp stayed at 90 degrees which is “lukewarm” to me. We did enjoy a swim in the pool! Overall we would definitely stay here again

Unit 404 The unit is nicely updated. The beds were comfortable. However, we were only given one key for the building. We were told by the rental company that is all the owner will allow. This made it difficult to go do things separately & get back in. The indoor pool was well kept but it’s like a sauna in there & it was too hot to be in there. No outdoor pool. At the end of the bridge from the pool deck to the ocean has a very steep incline. You do have a beach access road beside the building but that too has an incline that makes it difficult to bring your own beach supplies such as a cooler, wagon, chairs and umbrella. I would suggest just renting umbrella and chairs and pack lightly cause it’s difficult getting up that incline with heavy gear. The beach area wasn’t overly crowded and good for families. You have a good drive to go to tourist attractions. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but will not book it again due to the one key factor & the difficulty of getting beach gear back up the incline.

The condo met all of our needs. The only concern is that the floor was not clean. We bought a swiffer mop as some of our family walked around in their bare feet and within a few hours of arriving their feet were black. Other than that it was a great location, condo and exceeded all our needs.
