Great spot at the beach with golf cart and pool!

The house is great and seems brand new. It was very clean. Good layout with three rooms on one side and the master suite on the other. Each room has a full bathroom. The middle room shares a bath with the front room. Large couch and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a movie. Great pool and yard with a nice area to hang out, grill, etc. we enjoyed the outdoor games like cornhole while we grilled. I am in a lot rentals traveling for work and this is one of the more well stocked kitchens with lots of kitchenware and plenty of room for cooking. The beds were new and comfortable and the hosts were thoughtful to have different thickness/softness pillows on the beds. Location was great. We were close to Barefoot Landing, restaurants, etc. we took the golf cart for a nice evening ride down to the 17th street beach access and had no trouble parking in the golf cart parking area for a sunset walk on the beach. We love off season at the beach!

Perfect quick getaway

This place is amazing. Clay was the perfect host and answered all the questions we had promptly. We loved the accessibility of the beach and the use of the golf cart was awesome. The place is brand new with an amazing pool! We’re definitely planning on coming back during the warmer months. !
