Ocean Bay Club

The condo was as described and it was nice. Had a couple of glitches, the front 2 bedrooms were hot, the garbage disposal didn't work, both sliding doors leaked with all of the rain. And no, i didn't call to complain Nevada it wasn't going to be fixed during my stay any way but I knew we would survive without those minor things. The condo was nice and the check in process was easy. This was the first time I had to check in but seaside vacations office was easy to find and the prices was very quick. My family and myself have been making this trip every year since 2005 and we wouldn't change a thing. Thank you even though there was a tropical storm during our week, we had a great time

Our stay was good. The condo was good. Furniture a little dated. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Loved that the elevator was slway fsst without a wait. But overall had a good time

Nice place but NMB is becoming trashy

The place was nice and we stayed at Ocean bay many times but the whole area is becoming trashy. People on the balcony smoking cigarettes and weed. Loud music. Teens running wild lighting off fireworks on the bench a 1 am. And even lighting off fireworks on Ocean ave. Harassing cars as they drive by. Security and the cops could careless. Not a place for families.

The place was large enough for all of immediate family. Some were sick and didn’t get to come (4). Everything we wanted to do was within a reasonable distance. My family would like to to stay again here in the future. Middle bedroom mattress was extremely firm.

Looks exactly like the pictures. Outdated decor and furniture but comfortable and view was fantastic. We had a bit of an issue with our arrival (checked in at office but someone was still cleaning unit when we arrived). Space was perfect for 8 of us. The refrigerator could use some “tune ups” but other than that no mechanical issues with the condo. (Broken drawer, ice didn’t always come out of front, sometimes had to reach in through freezer)

Some of the t.v remotes were missing batteries,one of the food drawers in the fridge was broken,couldnt use that drawer.liked having the grocerie carts to get the food back up to the condo,security guard on duty was nice..we usually stay at carolina winds.tried something different.more money and less amenties for sure.only one hot tub and a bunch of weed drinking teens took it over ,pool was small and not deep only like 6 deep.
