This first-floor, oceanfront condo at Sea Cabin accommodates six people and features a small kitchen, two TVs and private beachfront porch. Sea Cabin 122 has one bedroom, one bath and is nicely furnished for a beach vacation. Reel in the catch of the day and head back to the privacy of your oceanfront vacation condiminium for dinner. On premise, you will also discover a refreshing swimming pool, which will be the perfect place to cool off after spending a day soaking up the North Myrtle Beach sunshine. In close proximity to Sea Cabin resort, you will find succulent seafood restaurants, championship golf courses, dining, shopping outlets, North Myrtle Beach amusements and Myrtle Beach attractions.

Everything about this rental experience was unnecessarily difficult. Communication from the rental company was overwhelming and unhelpful. There were approximately 20 emails and texts the week of our rental, most of which were boilerplate and not specific to our stay, which made it frustrating to sort through what actually applied.The logistics were also inconvenient. We were required to bring our own sheets and towels, check in at a separate building about 10 minutes away just to receive a keypad code, which could have easily been sent electronically, and return a pool key in person instead of simply leaving it in the unit at checkout. On top of that, we had to wait while front desk staff finished a personal conversation before assisting us. By itself, not a big deal but on top of everything else, it seemed rude.Unfortunately, the condition of the rental itself was also disappointing. The listing photos make the unit look bright, clean, and fresh. This was definitely not the case. The unit felt dingy and poorly maintained. The floors were so dirty that we had to wear socks, floorboards were peeling/bubbling at the corners, and the walls and baseboards were visibly dirty. Even the plates and utensils needed to be rewashed before use.It is a shame, because the location is great, but the overall experience did not meet expectations.

Great location, filthy upon arrival

The location is wonderful. Loved the beach and the pier, but the place was absolutely filthy upon arrival. They did send someone to re-clean the next afternoon. Wish there were a way to add photos.
