This South Shore Villas condo has undergone fresh new updates: paint, furniture and bedding. Don't miss out on this beautiful oceanfront condo in Crescent Beach. There are two bedrooms with en-suites; great for multi-family stays. The 10th floor balcony offers spectacular views of the Atlantic coastline, and if you're lucky, the dolphins at play.

Fully remodeled with new furnishings and new 55' TV for family entertainment. Furnished balcony with a high-top table (seats 3) and 2 sun-loungers with ottomans; relax or dine al-fresco. Owner provides a children's "Pack-N-Play" and "Space Saver High Chair". A well-stocked beach gear closet includes beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, beach umbrella, even beach towels for use during your stay.

Beautiful granite countertops in kitchen and baths. Well-appointed kitchen that includes full size appliances, along with all the small appliance extras -- blender, crock pot, food chopper, electric mixer, electric can opener, and a hot air popper. Of course, full size washer and dryer for your convenience, too

Main bedroom has King bed w/ en-suite bathroom including separate glass shower stall, double sink vanity and jetted tub, perfect for evening relaxation. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds and private bath/shower. The third bedroom has a King bed with hall bath/shower combo Plenty of room for 2 families! Your reservation includes bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival and a starter kit of paper products.

South Shore Villas amenities include a pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub, indoor pool, gym and a direct walkway to the ocean. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool area to relax and outdoor showers. Beach access is a direct walkway over the dunes, just steps to the sand.

Very clean, fully stocked condo! High chair and pack n play crib were clean and in great shape. Public areas and pools were all very clean as well. Beach was clean and beautiful. We’re hoping to use this condo again in the future!

Great Family Vacation! Great Beach View!

Myself, husband, daughter, son-in-law and three grand girls stay for a week, we had lots of room. The condo was clean and well maintained. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean, (I grabbed a comforter and cover up every morning and watched the sun rise, amazing!) You will not be disappointed with this condo. Location was great, easy to get to everything. Check-in and check out was easy.

Everything was great with the exception of a couple of things. The lighting at night was not very good. The light over the table was the only bright light, every other lamp was extremely dim. The only other thing that was much more important is that the kitchen sink did not drain. We told the management co. when we checked in and they said they would send someone over - I do not believe that ever happened. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed out stay. Thanks for having us!!!

Review

The place was nice, but I showed up at the property management building area early, and at first, precheck-in went smoothly. Then I had to wait until check-in time to finally get my binder and when I got to my hotel room it was not cleaned at all. The cleaning crew had to come and scrub the whole place. The check-in time was unclear as well, everything I received said 3 pm but I was told it was 4 pm. I still have not received any word about my cleaning deposit/damage deposit I put on the room and it has already been 4 days since I left and I know for a fact the room was left and in very good condition.

The pictures and description are perfect! The owners were available if/when needed. We only had a minor hiccup with the property manager as far as what start up supplies were available. However, they made note of it for future renters so I'm sure they will update so renters will be prepared. We would certainly stay again!

Peaceful getaway

This condo is lovely and very clean. The master bathroom is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. The ample supply of beach chairs and boogie boards was a huge bonus! The only drawback was that people smoking on other balconies made us have to come inside multiple times. Overall it was an amazing Thanksgiving trip. And we saw dolphins!!

Perfect Week in NMB!!

How many times will you have 6 people on vacation and everybody loved it? This was the time. This 3 BR unit was as close to perfect as you will find and absolutely Ocean Front!! The location is also perfect with easy access to everything in North Myrtle. A wonderful week for sure and we will be checking out OVDR for all our future North Myrtle Beach vacations!!

This was an amazing vacation and amazing property. Very clean and included amenities that were extra, like boogie boards and pool toys that weren't part of the listing. We will definitely look up the exact same unit in the future.

Lovely!!!

I combed through countless reviews before booking this vacation. All the reviews said how clean the unit was, how no stone was left unturned. Everyone was right! You could literally just bring your suit and toothbrush and be set for the week! Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and skim board. Anything you can think of for the kitchen and baths! (Hair dryer and magnifying mirror!) The beach and pool were just wonderful! Make sure to go to Melt for ice cream! Lovely vacation!!

Beach Comfort

The place is beautiful, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, great view. Cant get much closer to oceanfront. The only MINOR complaint is the pool area is closed and locked by maintenance til 9am. If your an early riser for morning walks on beach you gotta walk out and around on grass. Tip, to HOA, some pavers in the grass area would be better than walking in the grass.
