Windy Hill Dunes unit 1104! Oceanfront! Luxury Hi rise! This eleventh floor condo with hi-speed wireless internet - has magnificent oceanfront views of the beach. The oceanfront balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom, each of which contains a sliding glass door looking out on the beach. Enjoy the panoramic view of the beach from the living room, dining area, kitchen, as well as the master bedroom. The condo is spacious throughout (1600 square footage), and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, bathrooms and utility rooms. hardwood in all the bedrooms, dining area, and living area. All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are beautifully decorated.
Additional sanitation is being performed between renters. Commercial-grade sanitizers used. Cleaning crews use masks and gloves.

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, chairs. There is a flat panel screen 50' TV with 70+ cable channels and remote controls. The living room is equipped with a movie library. Enjoy watching the movies of your choice.

The kitchen is fully equipped with counter tops/sink and upgraded stainless steel fridge and dishwasher appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry and utility room with washer, new dryer, and additional cabinet storage.

The dining room accommodates 6 comfortably, while there are also bar stools at the adjoining bar.

The master bedroom has a king bed. It is furnished with a flat panel TV. Two bedside stands and a dresser. The master bath features dual vanities, a walk-in 4' by 4' shower, and a 4' by 6' jetted whirlpool tub.
The second bedroom features one queen size bed, flat panel TV. Two bedside stands and a chest of drawers provide ample storage. A spacious closet. This room has a private bath with a combination tub and shower.

The third bedroom features one queen beds and a flat panel TV. Two bedside stands and a chest of drawers provide ample storage. A spacious closet. Just out side this bedroom is a bathroom with a combination tub and shower.
Additional sanitation is being performed between renters. Commercial-grade sanitizers used. Cleaning crews use masks and gloves.

The private balcony extends across the width of the condo. It contains a table with 4 chairs for outside dining. Incredible views are 180 degrees. At the 14th floor level, you can really enjoy the beach as well as watch the activity in the outdoor Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and lazy river just below.

We really enjoyed our stay. The 9th floor beachfront balcony was impressive with the full moon over the ocean. Parking was very convenient with air-conditioned overstreet walkway.

Great Location with a beautiful view

We really enjoyed the property. There was plenty of space for our group, easy beach access/pool/lazy river access. The view from the balcony was amazing. Communication with the host was easy and they responded quickly to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I stayed here for 4th of July weekend. It’s a great location and super clean condo. We loved the oceanfront balcony and the proximity to local activities. The pool and lazy river were a hit too. Highly recommend. Will stay here again!

Windy Hill family vacation

Our condo was very nice and perfect for our family. The resort was beautiful and the pools would be for families that enjoy pool time. Our family loves the beach and the beach was wide even at high tide. We had a great time!

We had a fantastic week with our family. Condo was great and very comfortable. Proximity to the beach is great and can’t beat the view from the balcony. Correspondence with owner was fantastic and any concerns or questions we had were addressed immediately. Would definitely stay there again. My only complaint about the complex is no umbrellas at the pool. Other than that everything was perfect.

Family trip for Mom/Grandma's birthday

Condo was clean, spacious and provided spectacular views of ocean & beach!!! We had plenty of room and enjoyed the private pool, lazy river & hot tub and the access to the private beach was also a plus. Great, safe location enabled us to get to everything we wanted during our trip. Highly recommended unit .

The apartment was big and clean. They had all different types of dishes that made cooking super easy. The beach was incredible as well as the pool. Close to all the good and small little restaurants in north myrtle beach. Would recommend 5/5.

Property looks just like the pictures, The view was amazing. We really enjoyed renting the condo, the owner was very nice and made sure we had everything and response time very quick. Conveniently located to where we explored MB, other Renters and owners was very nice and helpful. Will rent again in the future.

Beautiful View of Amazing Beach

Windy Hill Dunes is a bit outdated overall, but the location is great. Short drive/Uber to Barefoot Landing with many great shops and restaurants. Our girls (7 & 11) loved the beach, pool, and lazy river. Hany was very responsive to any questions I had via text and we would definitely return to North Myrtle Beach.

Home away from home

The owner is amazing and ensured that everything met our expectations. We brought my mom to stay a week with us. She is 97 years old and the condo was roomy enough to meet her handicap needs. The condo has everything needed to feel at home, quiet, property was maintained and views are amazing. We will definitely stay again.

Easter 2024

Great location, new refrigerator and dishwasher was an added bonus. The condo it self was very nice a little outdated but can see that steps are being made to upgrade. Would definitely stay there again. Owner very helpful throughout process and very responsive. Thank you for a great Easter vacation!
