This 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 4. Located in a quite golf community (many refer to Tidewater Golf Plantation as "Pebble Beach of the South". Must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent the property (person making the reservation must stay for the duration of the reservation). No pets for renters. No smoking allowed. No grills allowed. No motorcycles, trailers or RV'S permitted on property.
The Space:
Two King beds, two full baths, kitchen, dining area and living room. Screened in Porch. This unit is in a gated golf community. Close to shopping, restaurants and the many attractions the Strand has to offer. Amenities for everyone to enjoy. Such as: pools, fitness center, tennis courts. A short drive to the Cherry Grove Beach to where you can have your toes in the sand and surf.
Guest Access:
You will pick up keys at the rental office. 1007 Sea Mountain Hwy. NMB SC 29582
Parking passes will be given at guard house.
