* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

*Ceiling fans are not available for guest use.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 8th floor.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*No grills on property.

*Washer/dryer located in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Three parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig and also a Mr. coffee drip and has a pot to boil water for tea.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Owner has ring door bell installed at entrance.



****PLEASE NOTE: BUILDING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT



The building is currently undergoing a scheduled exterior renovation and maintenance project. Work is being completed in phases throughout the property and is expected to continue through approximately April 2027.



Construction hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Depending on the phase of the project during your stay, guests may experience construction noise, including the use of power tools, jackhammers and power chisels. Work may also include power washing, painting, breezeway repairs, door replacement and balcony work.



The project is being managed by the HOA/building association and the location and timing of work are subject to change. We do not control the construction schedule.



If we receive notice that work will directly impact access to the unit or balcony during your reservation, we will provide that information as it becomes available.



By booking, guests acknowledge that construction activity and associated daytime noise may occur during their stay.****



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection:For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $59 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1000 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Damage Protection:For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $59 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1000 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules:



1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

6. No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers allowed. 2 Car Maximum

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Billing Zip code and Street address entered at booking must match what the bank has on file with your credit/debit card. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid and subject to cancellation.



**Please Note-Unit is for sale. There could possibly be a 5 to 10 minute showing during the stay. Guests will be notified in advance and are allowed to be in the unit or vacate. The realtor will lock up when they leave.**
