This upgraded second-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sleeps up to 4 guests and combines sweeping Caribbean Sea views, upscale furnishings, and newly resurfaced waterfront pool and jacuzzi access in a peaceful, secluded setting.
Located on the northeast side, approximately 50-60 minute drive from Seven Mile Beach and International airport.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Nearby grocery options such as Foster’s Express and Chisholm's Grocery are about 15 to 20 minutes away by car. Larger supermarkets are also convenient stops on the drive from the airport.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
Chisholm’s Market is on the Northside, and is open 7 days a week, and is well stocked with food, supplies, beer, wine & liquor. 15 minutes from the condo.
TRANSPORTATION
• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Due to limited public transportation in Cayman Kai, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

Nice quiet location with good views of the water and lots of room
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed with virtually everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The beach area always had loungers available to relax on and enjoy the view. The beach was in a calm bay. It was OK for swimming but was quite small. We had access to a SUP board and two kayaks that we in good shape. Rum point had lots of activities to enjoy, however, a rental car is recommended so you can explore the rest of the island.

We’d been looking forward to This vacation for MONTHS! We have stayed in Grand Cayman 5 other times before, but this was our first time at Kaibo. It was everything and MORE than we imagined. We used the SUP, Kayak, goggles and pool float provided. Having internet access on the beach was important to us because we needed to stay in contact with our family and our business daily. We literally didn’t need to leave the property… we had everything we needed! We’ll be back again! Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

Our unit was very nice and clean. Centrally located and the perfect location for a quiet vacation! Loved that we could pick up excursions right next door at the Yacht Club! The only problem we had was we were sent two different properties to check into. We didn’t really put this together until another couple knocked on our door and said they were supposed to be staying in the same unit. I went back to all our conversations, through email , and saw we were sent check in information on two different units. We felt bad for the other couple after they had a long day of traveling. The manager/owner was able to put them in another unit!

BEST rental!!!
Stayed at Callie Kai in July 2019 with my family of 5. The property had every comfort of home, location was perfect and we highly recommend it! Amenities offered something for everyone with the SUP, kayaks, snorkel gear, assorted beach equipment, hammocks and pool right on the beach! We loved staying on the North side instead of the more congested areas. So much marine life and nature therapy to enjoy! Being our first time visiting the Caymans, we weren't sure where on the island to stay and it took months to finalize a decision on location and rental property...the whole family knew the many options I was deciding between...and we all now100% agree Callie Kai was the BEST choice! While in the Caymans, we scuba dived, snorkeled, held sting rays and star fish and rode horses on the beach and in the water...so many adventures with Callie Kai as our comfortable home base in between adventures and to return to at the end of each day! Very clean; comfortable bedding; owners have cared for every last detail...and we had the great fortune to by happenstance meet them while there and enjoyed getting to hear from them firsthand accounts of the history of the island and recommendations during our visit. They asked what could be added to the property that might be needed or missing...and honestly, we tried hard and could not think of a thing! We are so grateful for our wonderful Caymans experience and wish future travelers the same! As for activities, skip the Bio bay...totally over-hyped and not worth it; must do Coral Stone Stables horseback riding, Ezona Watersports boat charter to Sting Ray City and Red Sail watersports scuba through Tortuga Divers...all made for awesome memories we will cherish!

This is an outstanding property and a wonderful unit. It’s a quiet area of the island but still many restaurants are near. Great snorkeling trip with White Sands from the dock right next door. Beautifully clean beach and pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. Just a fantastic place. I highly recommend it for a warm getaway.

Outstanding! Extremely clean and very peaceful.
This truly was an extremely awesome location. It was quiet and very well maintained. Everything worked fine. It was equipped with more than expected. We used kayaks and SUP everyday which was included with our rental. Rum Point beach was within walking distance (about a mile) which offered many excursion options, sting Ray City Tours and snorkeling. Highly recommended. Be prepared though, Grand Caymen is very expensive because everything is imported. If you are on a tight budget, this is not for you. Rent a car because you will need it. Be sure to check with your credit card company regarding insurance on the vehicle. They do drive on the opposite side then the USA. Easy to get use to though.

Wonderful condo, excellent location!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was modern and nicely furnished. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the pool! Had lots of shade to get out of the sun if needed. The 2 kayaks and stand-up paddle board were a bonus! We kayaked over to Starfish Point, which became our favorite beach on the island. It’s a quick walk or drive right down the street as well, so worth it! Get there early though, as you may have the beach all to yourselves! Also, highly recommend booking Stingray City with White Sands, their boat is docked right next door at The Caibo Yacht Club. Call them to book with Captain Chris who is amazing! Recommend the 7 am tour. We did the 7 and the 1030 tours (had to go back and do it again)! Stingray City is a must! Fun to feed and hold the rays. He then took us close by to the best reef to snorkel as long as we wanted to! Was the best!
So much to do and see! We had a great time here! Will be back for sure!

Great property! Great location!
This condo is in great condition! It's located on the quiet side of the island but has everything you could want. Kaibo yacht club was right next door and had great food and also a coffee bar. Also Starfish point was just a 2 minute drive down the road and was our favorite beach on the entire island. This condo is worth the drive across the island. We will be back!!
