Blue Vista welcomes you to a spacious oceanfront retreat in the peaceful community of Old Man Bay, complete with sweeping sea views, a private saltwater pool, and accommodations for up to 16 guests.

This North Side escape features a four-bedroom main villa plus a separate guesthouse with a king bedroom and en-suite bathroom, offering the perfect blend of space, comfort, and privacy for families and groups.



The Space:

Living Area & Entertainment:

Inside, the villa features a large, sunken living room with plush seating and a 65" flat panel HDTV, DVD player, and Roku for your entertainment. The interior is bright and open, with ocean views from the main living spaces and tasteful Caribbean-inspired touches throughout. High ceilings and natural light create a breezy, tranquil atmosphere where you can truly unwind.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

- The main villa accommodates up to twelve (12) guests across four bedrooms. The oceanfront master suite includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in shower.

- A second oceanfront bedroom also has a king-size bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the garden-view queen bedroom.

- The fourth bedroom features two queen-size beds and two twin single beds with their own private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

- The guest house, located next the property features a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and beautiful oceanfront view, as well as a bonus twin bunk bed in the living area. There is another kitchen, and dining area in the guest as well, perfect for friends or extended family members. In total, Blue Vista holds up to 16 guests.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs, featuring dual sinks, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, blender, and a Presto Cool Daddy deep fryer. Guests can enjoy meals in the oceanfront dining room, which seats six, or in the separate breakfast area with teak seating for six.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:

Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.

Guests have access to a private saltwater oceanfront pool, a large screened-in patio, and a beachfront gazebo with hammocks and loungers — perfect for soaking in the views or enjoying a quiet afternoon.

The villa comes fully equipped with family essentials, including beach toys, pool floats, board games, pack-n-play, and high chairs, plus a dedicated Games Room featuring classic Pac-Man & Atari machines, and Nintendo systems on TV that both kids and dads will love.

Location:

Blue Vista is located just a short walk from a shallow sandy cove near the On the Bay condos, ideal for wading and swimming. Excellent coral reef snorkeling is also available just 100 yards down the beach.

The villa is within close proximity to top local attractions such as the Cayman Crystal Caves, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, and the East End dive sites.

Nearby options include local favorites such as La Casita, Tukka East, Eagle Ray’s, Vivine’s Kitchen, Italian Kitchen, Over the Edge Café, and The Lighthouse Restaurant.

For beachside cocktails and sunset views, Kaibo Grill & Bar and Rum Point Restaurant are also within easy reach, with Rum Point and Cayman Kai located approximately 20 minutes away by car.

Including Foster’s Express and Chisholm’s Grocery, are within a 10-minute drive and offer everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Please note grocery stores are closed on Sundays, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations also sell liquor. Grocery delivery prior to arrival is available for added convenience.

Transportation:

Due to limited public transport in this area, a rental car is highly recommended.

Check In & Check Out:

After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code 2 days before check in. Arrival is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.

Check out is self service, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as we need time to prepare for incoming guests.
