Cosy cottage
The cottage is very cosy and warm with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. All very retro in style but spotlessly clean. Expansive views from the property and easy to reach Richmond or the North York moors. We enjoyed some (muddy) walks around the farm. Mary is very helpful and keen to make sure everything is ok. Somewhere to put muddy boots would be a good addition.

Excellent Stay!!!
Stanhow bungalow is in a beautiful spot with lovely views and an abundance of peace and quiet. Mary gave us a very warm welcome and comprehensive guide to the cottage which although somewhat old fashioned (that is part of its charm) is very well equipped and is a great base for exploring this wonderful part of the country. We have no hesitation in recommending this cottage and hope to return in the near future.

4 night stay
The cottage has a period charm which may not be to everyone's liking. It was comfortable, beds very comfortable. We did feel like the decor and furnishings could do with being a bit lighter to make it not so dark. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our break
