The property includes brand new fully equipped 3 bed/2 bath holiday home with the following: Car parking for 2 spaces, gated security 24/7, membership to all leisure facilities on-site including new heated swimming pool, discounted bars/restaurants, entertainment venues etc. There is also a small fairground including amusements, which is open from spring to autumn. The property is located within a nature reserve with lots of country walks, fishing lakes and a miniature railway on your doorstep. Discounted rent per month can be negotiated for over 1 month bookings plus gas and electricity. This includes service charge for ground rent. No council tax required.
