Worst room we ever have stayed in.

Terrible room. Advertised as a suite. Barely big enough for the bed. No amenities offered. Tv reception terrible. Bathroom so small only 4x5ft. No towel racks or shelves in shower for shampoo. Rain seeped into room under entry door. Had to put down towels to soak up. Price over charged for room.

Afshan

First, the front door of our room wouldn’t shut properly, leaving us feeling exposed and unsafe. By 11 p.m., the situation worsened when we discovered the room was infested with bugs ~ we were being bitten and could no longer stay there. We spoke with Erin, who moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the balcony door in that room wouldn’t lock, once again making us feel vulnerable and unable to rest. Frankly, this stay ruined our night. We felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and frankly disgusted by the conditions. I was asked to contact Carla to sort out this situation and its been 5 days but no response.

Property is clean and area is quiet. 15 minutes walk to the harbor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. New renovation. Air con is too noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful👍❤️

Property was easy to check into and convenient for the ferry. Room was clean except for the bugs stuck to the bathroom wall. Only lamp was battery operated and very weak. No coffee maker but there was a kettle; only problem is the only cups provided were thin plastic. We arrived late and left early, so it was sufficient to our needs, but wouldn't be comfortable for a longer stay.

First thing that I like about the property is how welcoming the host Erin was, she guide and provided all the information I needed about the room, souronding places, etc. Room was very nice to my expectations. Very neat, renovated and clean. Parking is very convenient as well.
