Worst so called hotel ever,wouldn’t deem it fit for prisoners. Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff. Smashed tv with broken glass,kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm,huge crack in the outside pane of the window,hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing,shower didn’t work,uncomfortable bed full of springs,pillows paper thin,and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet. When staff did come in the morning they were beyond rude,just awful attitude.check out initially said 11 then changed to 10.30 despite the sign on the bedroom door still saying 11.00, at 9.30 staff were banging on the door demanding check out. The place should be condemned and knocked down not just closed down

I would advise that no human being stay in this property, I wouldn't even let my dog stay here. Very dirty and smelly. Appeared to be an asylum hotel in all honesty. Very unhelpful staff, disgusting rooms with stains everywhere. Completely mis-represented in the pictures and description. Absolutely no parking available most of the time. Avoid at all costs.

Good location, but very poor service. I wasn’t given check-in details and had to wait outside for over an hour until another guest let me in. Room comfortable, unfortunately the room key did not have the entrance key attached which required assisted admission on return to the Hotel. The bathroom extractor fan worked but no light. Also no reading lamp available.
