Nestled in Norwich, Ketts Hill is an inviting house just an 8-minute stroll from the historic Wensum River. Enjoy proximity to the breathtaking Ketts Hill panorama, only 300 meters away.

The city's premier shopping centers and the Norman castle museum are a pleasant 20-minute walk, while the stunning Norwich Cathedral and diverse dining options are within a 15-minute stroll.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home throughout their stay. The code for the key box is going to be provided at noon on the day of your check-in.

As you walk through the front door, you’ll be welcomed by a cosy open-plan living area filled with natural light. Sink into the comfortable sofas, unwind with a movie on the Smart TV, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The dining area, just beyond the lounge, provides a stylish setting for meals with a six-seater dining table and a thoughtfully stocked coffee station to start your mornings right.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, featuring an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge alongside a full set of cookware, tableware, and small appliances such as a kettle and toaster. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a full home-cooked dinner, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

Upstairs, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with quality linens, soft towels, and ample storage for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed—perfect for solo travelers or kids. The third bedroom offers two single beds, which can be joined to create a super king upon request (please notify us at least 24 hours in advance).

The modern bathroom is fully stocked with complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, and fresh towels, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Step outside to your private patio area, ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Seating is provided, and if you’re a smoker, this is the designated space to do so.

Bringing Your Furry Friend?

We’re delighted to welcome one dog to join you on your stay. We kindly ask that pets remain off the furniture and beds and recommend bringing a dog bed to ensure their comfort. A small £23 pet fee per stay applies.

Parking:

This property includes onsite parking for one vehicle, but a permit is required. In line with Norwich’s updated parking policy, we kindly ask for your vehicle registration details before arrival. Once provided, we will register your vehicle in the system, ensuring compliance with the Council’s regulations.

If you are bringing additional vehicles, you can find free, unrestricted parking on Britannia Road and Wolfe Road, both of which are just a short walk from the property.

For a smooth arrival, please send us your vehicle details as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of the rest!

This charming home is nestled in the southern part of Norwich, conveniently close to an array of restaurants, fresh markets, and supermarkets, all within walking distance. With the train station nearby and easy access to bus routes, exploring the city is a breeze.

Close to Mousehold heath where you can see a stunning view of the City and glorious sun sets.

Additionally, the city center is less than a mile away, making it easily reachable. However, Norfolk boasts a vast area with numerous attractions. To fully enjoy your trip and explore all that Norfolk has to offer, we recommend guests hire their own transport.

By the time you arrive, you’ll have a key code sent to you. This code is from the key box with all instructions on how to access the property. But just in case you have any questions we are always a call away.

While you may have the house to yourself, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you with local activities and recommendations.

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival:

1. No smoking, please. (apart from the outside areas - use ashtrays provided)
2. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).

Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend.

We take great care of our homes, and to keep them in top condition, we ask for a small protection amount for each stay. You can choose the option that works best for you:

- £200 Refundable Security Deposit – Fully refunded within 10 working days after check-out if no deductions apply.
- £18 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – A simple one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to £200—no deposit hold, no refunds needed.

*Guest Verification: To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, we kindly ask for a valid form of ID from the lead guest before check-in.

Super gelegenes und ausgestattetes Townhaus in Norwich

Wir können nichts negatives berichten. 20min zum Citycenter, ausgestattet fĂŒr die ersten Tage mit Kaffee, SpĂŒlmaschinentabs, Toilettenpapier und was man sonst so braucht. Ordentlich, sauber und Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr schönes Haus, top gelegen, Fish & Chips Laden und kleiner Supermarkt 2min um die Ecke. Gerne wieder

Lively home from home

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Whilst we didnt cook, the kitchen is clearly well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The beds were comfy and check in / communication was excellent. I would recommend this holiday home and stay again if ever visiting Norwich again
