Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled adventure, this spacious retreat accommodates up to 12 guests, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the tranquility and excitement of lakefront living.

We offer:

UPDATE: We have added blackout curtains in the primary bedroom. You can now cozy up in your dark cave at night, and draw the curtains for lake views in the morning!
-600 square foot deck outside the kitchen for lounging and dining
-All white linens and towels. Every bed and pillow is fully encased for hygiene. All comforters are duvet style that are washed between each guest.
-We carry items you may have forgotten. Tooth brush, cotton swabs etc
-2 Living rooms with Smart TV’s
-Watersports: 2 Kayaks and 3 Paddleboards and a lily pad
-Private dock with pontoon boat lift. Check boat weights with host ahead of time
-3 King Beds, 5 twins and 1 Futon spread over 3 levels
-Parking for at least 6 cars and/or boat trailer

The space

-3 level home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 living areas, 600 sq ft deck and covered lower porch
-UPSTAIRS: 2 king bedrooms. One is attached to the large, double sink bathroom that's shared with the other bedroom. One bedroom has a desk. We also have a crib mattress that can be laid on the ground for toddlers.
-MAIN LEVEL: 1 king bedroom, 2 baths. This main level has the primary suite with lake views, en-suite including 7ft dual shower head shower and soaking tub with mounted TV from tub. Expansive kitchen with island bar and expanding dining table to seat 6. Living room has Smart TV, couch, oversized recliner and 2 chairs.
-BASEMENT: Bunk room with 2 bunk beds and 1 stand alone twin to sleep 5 total. Closest bathroom is at the top of the stairs. Living room has a smart TV, futon, and 3 recliners. Play room has Ping pong and darts and connects to the lower outdoor patio.
-King beds are equipped with Zinus 14" Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Hybrid Mattresses encased in zippered protection.
-Twins are equipped with 6” Gel memory mattresses encased in zipper protection.
OUTDOOR LIVING: 4 egg chairs, 2 sun loungers, outdoor dining for 6, 2 rockers. Large Grill, blackstone grill and outdoor gas fireplace. Propane not guaranteed.
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs, sectional sofa, board games, ceiling fans
MAIN KITCHEN: Stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, dishware/flatware, cooking basics, Coffee maker with coffee and extras, toaster, breakfast bar, blender, crock pot, spices, countertop mixer.

Guest access

All areas will be accessible besides locked owners' closets and owners' watercraft.
There are 6 steps to get in the house from the parking area. There is a 2nd parking area that is closer with a small slope that is easier for mobility challenges. The primary bedroom is the only bed on the main level with no stairs inside the home.

-Can boat to two bar/restaurants on the lake. Drive up and eat/drink/gas up boat. We are within paddle distance to The Boat House
