Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The bungalow was well-designed, with an amazing view of the sea and a pleasant breeze. Helpful, friendly staff. Meals at the on-site restaurant are fresh and flavorful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hideaway in Sainte-Marie

Mauricio, kaliana and the team were beyond brilliant, this place is such a paradise! The welcome and service throughout is second to none, they make sure they know you personally and that you are happy. My bungalow was on the beach and the location of the resort means you are isolated from any disturbances, it is wonderfully peaceful and fast fully decorated. There is also a GREAT dog on site called Nasdaq, and some tortoises which added to the homeliness of the Riake resort. Can not recommend any higher if I tried!

Secluded & remote overlooking vast beach

Perfect getaway if you are looking for absolute quiet & comfort. Note: access is only possible via 4x4 transport arranged by lodge (40€ each way) as final stretch is 5km over rough road)

Un sĂ©jour inoubliable sur une plage paradisiaque et presque dĂ©serte, oĂč le calme et la beautĂ© de l’üle Sainte-Marie prennent tout leur sens. Les bungalows, spacieux et trĂšs confortables, offrent une vue directe sur le lever du soleil, un vĂ©ritable spectacle chaque matin. Depuis l’hĂŽtel, nous avons pu dĂ©couvrir la remarquable baie Anpahany lors d’une balade en pirogue le long des mangroves, suivie d’une plongĂ©e masque et tuba le long de la barriĂšre de corail, peuplĂ©e de poissons incroyables. L’équipe, menĂ©e avec attention et bienveillance par Maurizio, est remarquable. Mention spĂ©ciale Ă  Mamissou et Sisi, toujours souriantes et aux petits soins. Une adresse Ă  recommander sans hĂ©sitation.

WOW !!! Une agréable surprise.

Dans un coin isolĂ© Ă  l’est de l’ile Sainte-Marie, c’est avec plaisir que nous avons dĂ©couvert ce joyau. L’hĂŽtel donne sur une plage de sable blanc immense qui s’étend Ă  perte de vue. Il n’y a aucun autre hĂŽtel dans ce coin de l’ile. Tous les bungalows font face a la mer. On s’endort avec le bruit des vagues et au rĂ©veil on a cette vue splendide Ă  couper le souffle. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant et le patron Maurizio, un italien est un passionnĂ© qui fera tout son possible pour vous faire plaisir. Les petits dĂ©jeuners sont servis sur la plage et la nourriture est bonne. Des activitĂ©s nautiques ou terrestres sont proposĂ©s. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la balade Ă  travers les villages, la traversĂ©e en canoĂ« et la marche dans la nature pour arriver Ă  cette magnifique plage isolĂ©e ou nous attendait repas succulent. La journĂ©e en Quad Ă©tait aussi trĂšs sympa. Pour rĂ©sumer ce sont quatre jours de rĂȘve que nous avons passĂ© au Riake Resort.
