Damage Deposit: A fully-refundable ÂŁ250 security deposit is required (processed securely online and released after check-out).

House Care & Safety:

No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we operate a no-shoes policy inside the apartment. Please leave your footwear in the hallway upon entry.

Balcony Safety: For safety and structural reasons, the balcony must be kept clear of any furniture (other than what is provided). Please do not bring indoor furniture or heavy items onto the terrace.

White Towels: We provide premium white towels. We kindly ask that you do not use them for removing makeup or with strong hair dyes/products, as these leave permanent stains.

Furniture: Please do not rearrange the indoor furniture.

Check-in/out Policy:

Standard Times: Check-in is from 15:00 and Check-out is by 10:00.

Late/Early Policy: Any unapproved early check-in or late check-out will incur a penalty charge of ÂŁ20 per hour.
