Really disappointing stay. I was expecting a good nightâs sleep, but the room was noisy due to constant traffic from the street outside.
Cars passing by throughout the night made it impossible to sleep properly. I was woken at around 4 a.m. and couldnât get back to sleep at all.
I asked the night staff for earplugs, but they didnât have any available and it was not possible for me to change the room, because there was no receptionist.
I felt there was no adequate support for the guest.
This lack of service is unworthy of a supposedly â4 Starâ hotel.
If rooms are affected by this level of noise, this should be clearly stated in the hotel information, so guests can make an informed decision. After checking other people reviews, I realised noise from the street is a significant problem in this hotel.
I would strongly advise light sleepers to avoid staying here, at least not the room with the street view.
